The room was not ready upon check in. Room was not the right room as one booked. On my second night, i have to transfer room because the noisy AC stopped working.

Very disappointed for the condition of the hotel. Not only very outdated but we found trash on the floor, bad odor, and bathroom floors looked dirty. We picked this hotel based on the reviews and grade “8.4” so that is a massive misguidance and a big lie. We were traveling and only needed to spend the night and simply picked the worst hotel!

La ubicación, así como la atención son buenas; sin embargo, las instalaciones me dejaron mucho que desear, las amenidades no son como las ofrecen, las puertas y chapas no estaban en óptimo funcionamiento, la regadera del baño estaba fatal, los canales de televisión fatales.
En conclusión el precio no es proporcional a lo esperado.
No me quedo otra vez en este hotel.
