I chose this hotel while processing my visa in Monterrey and found it very convenient due to its proximity to the mall, the embassy and downtown (and hospital if you had an emergency). Traffic could be bad going back to the hotel ONLY if your driver doesn't know the right way, which is to go straight instead of turning right at that junction (ave san jeronimo i think). 1 out of 5 ubers we rode turned right...and it was a loong wait indeed. Our room was clean and quiet, the beds soft, the internet fast and we had a safe and ref inside the room. The breakfast had good variety - and the omelette was superb. Patricia in the front desk was very helpful, and even provided help when I forgot something after I've already checked out. The area was very safe, and we walked freely even during the night. I didn't get a chance to go to the gym nor the pool. Overall a relaxing stay.
Located 5 minutes away from downtown Monterrey and right by a medical center, this hotel has a lot to offer. I was here for an eye exam and it was such a convenience staying right next to the center. Instead of going out for something to eat, I was able to Uber Eats the food to the hotel. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Room is clean. I would definitely stay again!

Went in for one night only attending a business talk in Monterrey. Rooms are available starting 15:00 so I had to wait / work since 10:00 at the lobby that had no A/C and roasting at 35ºC plus 70% humidity.. At the lobby most of the electric outlets are non functional so I requested an extension I could use to connect my hardware and the only one they had wasn’t working either. No options so had to walk 3 blocks to buy one out of my own pocket. The front desk staff does very little to help ar make things easier. All answers start with a “no”. Once room was available I couldn’t take of my shoes off and walk bare footed as the floor was dirty with some kind of gummy thing over it. Bedding was OK and also the A/C but towels were very worn-out. Was informed that lobby level cafeteria was 24 hour service. Not true, on Friday morning checking out at 05:00 it was not available. An extra detail, the pavement on the street curbside is being rebuilt and it’s messy and dangerous to walk and no warning or easy path enabled. Counter Will let my client and his travel agency know about this.
This is a nice e hotel, with a great interior design, and very comfortable spaces. Located in Valley Oriente mall in San Pedro, NL, its a great option if you are visiting Monterrey, as is conveniently located and in a very secure area. There are plenty of dinner options nearby, and the site restaurant and bar are good options as well. The only but i see in the room design is that the water closet is not completely enclosed.
I stayed here for 4 nights in January 2024. The hotel is new, very clean, well maintained, and (mostly) quiet. (I was in a room next to the elevator and for some reason on one night the elevator kept dinging its arrival...even if it wasn't arriving on my floor). I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. My only challenge--and this is not the hotel's fault--was getting Uber pickups. The app autocorrects for pickup at the building behind the hotel which isn't a big deal but was annoying initially.
The first time I went to check in, the location was in the center of the city, and the surrounding area was very prosperous. There were shopping malls nearby, shopping nearby and business meals were all satisfied.
Live Aqua took a bit to get used to two receptions, one road side and one on the 18th floor, but at both a good welcome. Room looked great and well appointed, the Molton Brown toiletries, full mini bar, good size bed, nice linen, dressing gowns etc remote control curtains, The only problem Awas the wet room! After a shower the water didn’t drain away, it pooled around the bottom of the bath and the blinds and curtains, leaving for much of our stay a flooded and at times unusable wet room. On notifying reception, the drain was ‘looked at’ but the issue was not rectified. We had breakfast one morning in the hotel and whilst the food was good , unfortunately the same can’t be said for the service. We were not advised how the breakfast system worked, and when I went to take some toast from the open hot counter I was shouted at by a waitress “ have you ordered toast?” He we been told that toast, or anything else had to be ordered then I would have known!!! Considering the amount of staff on the floor and the star rating of Live Aqua, the standard of service we experienced in the restaurant was disappointing. Would I stay again? Unlikely.
This hotel really misses the mark. They're trying hard for a minimalist vibe, and I dig that. However, they cheaped out on the finishes and the (relatively new) hotel has not aged well. The floors, furnishings, and fixtures are worn: scuff marks on the floors and furniture, loose and cheap fixtures in the bathroom, toilets that flush intermittently, bad wifi throughout the hotel, A/C that turns you into a popsicle and doesn't adjust... I only had breakfast at the restaurant but it was mediocre. It's not at all what I expected from a hotel like this. It was your basic eggs, beans, fruit plate you'd get at somewhere like VIPs or Martin's, except not nearly as good. This hotel might be cool if you're here on vacation with your girlfriend, but who the hell comes to Monterrey for vacation with their girlfriend? I get the feeling that whoever was the money behind this hotel had a wife who had a friend that claimed to be a ”designer,” and that's who got the gig to design this place. But she was in over her head and completely failed. If you're going for the mega-mamon, I'm-From-San Pedro-And-My-Family-Is-Important vibe, you can't do it with Ikea furniture. In short, it just doesn't work, especially for the price. The only bright spot was the maid service. Even though they missed my room and didn't come by until 5:00 PM, it wasn't their fault and they were very friendly and efficient. No chance I'm staying here again.

I arrived late from the airport and struggled through a restless night as the hotel is on a very busy thoroughfare. Trucks go by all night and the windows provide almost no insulation from the noise. Add to that internet kept dropping. My room was at the end of a very long hall so perhaps I was just too far from the router. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a passing train and went on automatically when you turned on the light so I ended up using the bathroom in the dark. In the morning I asked if I could change my room and was told to check availability later that day. When I returned early evening I was told that someone would bring a key up to my room and help me move. After over an hour I went back to reception desk. The woman searched rooms but the two she offered had similar locations; one room was actually worse since it was across the hall from whatever machinery controlled temperature in the hotel and it sounded like a power plant. After standing there for some time the manager came out and intervened. I was given a slight upgrade and a room that faced the side road. It was much quieter! Internet was a little better but not by a lot—very slow and tough to stream. I'd hoped to watch some evening sessions from the conference I was attending but no such luck. As to other aspects of the stay—breakfast buffet is pretty uninspired and pretty unappealing although the woman at the grill was great. Coffee was undrinkable unless you like dark water. The rooms (even the upgraded one) are very basic—bed, cable TV (CNN came through with a lot of interference in the upgraded room), towels, shampoo, body lotion, two bottles of water. No tissues. I had to ask for a hair dryer at the desk. No extras. On the plus side, the hotel is very clean!

DDavey VVery beautiful hotel that still smells new. The small lobby kind of threw me off, at first I thought I was at a residency but luckily there was a staff member waiting for me to check in. Room was amazing, very large. Sadly I was on the back so the view was not that great, had booked a King size bed room but got a double bed room at first. They managed to fix it for me right away. There were still some constructions going on but it didn´t really bother me. Everything was just super clean and looked great. One of the best hotels I ever stayed at, staff was very friendly and helped my girlfriend out with the valet service and walked up to the road for me to open the taxi´ doors too. One of the best hotel stays I ever had. Perfect for a business trip/meeting at the bar or for a couple looking for a luxury place.
I didn´t have the breakfast included nor did I have dinner at the restaurant but I´m sure this was arranged fine by the looks of everything else. They were renovating the restaurant the last two days of my stay so I´m sure it must look very nice by now.
Views from the terraces are very nice too. There is one on the right side that was kind of hidden, perfect view on the Cerro de la Silla.
9.5/10 would definitely book again.
Kind regards,
Davey

SSuchengdaxiaThe room is in a first-class location. I didn't have much hope for the hotel in downtown. I didn't expect to find it unusual after I actually stayed. There are various businesses downstairs, and the small bar on the second floor is suitable for taking pictures. Stayed several times.

DDonghyeon KimI visited Safi Valle at Monterrey for business. The hotel was very clean, located in safety area. There were various amenities around it, such as Starbucks, OXXO CVS, Soriana supermarket, and a big shopping mall. I was a little disappointed at relying on ice buckets without a refrigerator, but it's not important.
GGuest UserFriendly staff. But as other has mention, the hotel need a renovation. -The worst thing in the hotel is the old carpet, it seems like its been there uncleaned for 20years. I did not want to touch the carpet without socks. Please just remove it or deep clean it regularly. -AC fan could only turn on on MAX speed or not at all, not possible to sleep with that loud thing on. -Furniture is pretty old and scuffed. In general hotel could do some good with a renovation -breakfast area was really hot, it was cooler just outside the breakfast area than inside. -Breakfast options is pretty limited, got pretty tired of the eggs real quick. -The gym is really small and limited, and some equipment was damaged when I was there, No free weights. -The location is pretty bad. It is in the outskirts of the city, you are limited to a very few restaurants in the area that you can walk too. +You have a Wallmart close by, that is a plus. +The TV in the room is large and you get free water +Free parking +It was pretty cheap One thing that really bothered me was a picture in google maps photo for this hotel with a supernice renovated room was shown, this was CLEARLY not from this hotel and I feelt a little bit scammed from that picture. Compare to other Marriott hotels I stayed at, this does not live up to the Marriott standard at all. I would rate this 2 out of 5. I would not return to this hotel.
KKarla CThe hotel itself is very nice. Pretty, clean, and kept well. The rooms as well, Were great; simple yet clean, comfortable, with great views and comfy beds. Even the bathroom was pretty. When you check in, they give you these vouchers for you and whoever is staying with youfor breakfast. So, if you forget it, lose it or just simply don't have it, you can't eat. Breakfast was pretty decent though, a combination of a continental and Mexican breakfast. Plus, staff in the dinning room were very nice and helpful and that is always appreciated, especially early in the morning. Wish their front desk was the same. Their parking is a bit strange in my opinion since they don't have one on site and instead you have to park in a shopping centers garage. I tried to get help from one of their front desk personnel and the look of annoyance on this guys face just irked me, especially since I approached him as polite as possible. At one point, he laughed at us when we told him the instructions he was giving were not making sense. In the end, I assumed he felt us being annoyed and just took a deep breath and drew us a map but even while doing so, was condescending with his tone. Not the best experience. There is a shopping center next to the hotel with stores, restaurants and coffee shops but for the most part, you'll need a car to go elsewhere since there was nothing else nearby. Again, beautiful hotel but not the nicest front desk reception at any point in the day.
The hotel's facilities are not bad, for the price is good but the treatment of employees is bad. I paid two nights and at the first morning they opened my door to the room, saying it had already been defeated and I had to go out, as if I was a motel, without touching if I wanted the door. The receptionist, who was a dispot saying I was lying, made me go to the reception to check if it was true and only said ah, if it paid for the two nights.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel with good breakfast and nice personal. It’s better to choose the breakfast with all, the price difference is quite small. If you are going with your car, you can park inside, they have a private free parking. Good location in Monterrey. The room is big and clean, also the bathroom.

LLaofangfangThe facilities are very new, clean and hygienic, the service is attentive and considerate, the breakfast is rich, and the price is high. It is the first choice for business trips.
GGuest UserI loved the service, the amenities, and the facilities. I could not take my breakfast because of time and personal activities. anyways I enjoyed my stay in that hotel. furthermore, I like the idea of having coffee since 3 a.m.
