Years have taken its toll on this hotel. Its time for an update. Staff was good but their service policy not so, for instance: Got a room upgrade, but the minibar was empty... not expected on a top category hotel. Another one: on my reservation I added the breakfast option but when arrived in the restaurant they told me that buffett was not included; got informed that what I paid was just a small menu with some eggs and hotcakes. $50 USD scrambled eggs? quite expensive.

We love staying here for the last 20 years it convenient. You have everything around this hotel. The service is excellent and the staff very friendly.

Worst service. Two times we order from room service and we didn’t received what we order. And we call to complain and they told us it was not their fault.
They need to improve their staff training.

Great location. Room wasn’t great, it’s dated. Shower curtain is super short, there used to be a tub and they changed it to a shower (which is great) but they didn’t change the curtain, reason why it is almost half way way off the floor. Shower had mold on dirrerent spots. Staff is nice and friendly. It is a great property, and has an excellent location, but the rooms are dated.

The room was disappointing. The hotel requires a lot of maintenance. We even had a drainage smell coming out from the shower, that I reported but nothing was done.
