"I booked for two nights but then I extended the stay because of the newer facilities compared with others.I in the USA, even 4 abd 5 star hotels like fairmont and best western also have noise insulation problem because of use of wood in construction, so I brought ear plugs to sleep well. Haha"

"The sanitary environment is clean and orderly, the service staff is also good, but the sound insulation is too poor and it is really noisy. The road is right next to it, it's like lying in the middle of the road. If the sound insulation is done well, it will be perfect"

"Our stay here was not that good. We got room that was connected to the room next door. Walls were thin, so we can practically hear everything. When doors close in this hotel, you can hear it. Staff were excellent to accommodate to our request to change rooms as it was impossible to sleep there. The next room was fine, still a little noisy but bearable. Hot water didnt work in the second room, staff provided another room key to use the shower. We slept at the other room on our second night as there was a cockroach on the bed of our room. Overall, experience was meh but staff were excellent."

"The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their incredible hospitality made us feel like valued guests.
We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The amenities were excellent, but it was the staff's warm and genuine hospitality that truly made our stay unforgettable."
