Lage des Hotels ok, gegenüber gleich Tankstelle, viele Parkplätze, weit vom Zentrum entfernt, Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, sehr hellhörig, sauber, Kühlschrank/Mikrowelle/Kaffeemaschine/Bügeleisen

The gentleman who checked us in told us lots of jokes while we were getting our keys, and was a very friendly person. The room itself was adequate, pretty clean, however for the life of us we could not find the tv remote, and there were signs of it being an older room (spots on the carpet, markings on the walls). For a one night stay though no overall major complaints

Walls were thin, can hear neighbors conversation. Noisy especially late at nite with doors slamming. Low shower pressure, holes in wall. Outside nice, but rooms need to be upgraded.

The manager Jay welcomed us with open arms! He made us feel like we were at home! Jay went above and beyond to ensure that are experience in Pico Rivera, Ca. was great! Thank you Jay and the staff at the Epic Hotel for a great experience!

I have been coming here for quite a few years. The price is good and usually don’t have an issue with the room considering it’s not a high end place. But it was quite uncomfortable during my stay last night because the entire room stunk of pot. The smell was overpowering to the point where my friend and I couldn’t spend the night and checked out early. The couch in the room was also covered in various stains and cigarette burns. Even though it was a no smoking room, it was obvious that a ton of smoking taking place in there

Very easy check in and out, management was very kind to me anytime I had a question or needed help. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable! I will be looking to stay at the Epic Hotel again, anytime I come back to LA.

Hotel was easy to find, was well kept and Jay was so friendly and tended to whatever we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
