Stayed from May 10-12. I came a but early and got checked in, but was given a double room instead of the king room that I booked. I spoke with the reception and was told that I would have to wait until the actual check in time to get a king which I didn't mind.
When i got to the king room, I was impressed with how spacious it was. Bathroom was clean, AC was cold, amenities were great. The only problem was the bed was dirty. The people who stayed before me definitely has their fun, but I just wished that the staff took their time on cleaning because seeing bodily fluids on a bed that you're supposed to sleep in fpr the next few days is disgusting. The bed was fine, but the headboard had evidence.
Otherwise, good hotel and nice free breakfast.

We had a great stay at Quality Inn & Suites. While the room was a bit dated, it was very clean and comfortable, and overall, we felt it was great value for money.
The property was well-maintained, and the stay met all our basic needs with no issues. We appreciate the affordability, cleanliness, and reliable service—thank you for a pleasant experience!

This hotel is dated, with room furnishings that were long overdue for replacement. That said, it was fine for a one night stay with easy access to interstate highway 5. Breakfast consisted of a plate of watery scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes served by an employee, as well as self-service pancakes.

The location is okay, near 5 Freeway and near Commerce ****** and Citadel Outlet. Room is okay and pretty clean but they don't do housekeeping for less than 2 days. It was not communicated properly in the booking process. Breakfast is mediocre and it's not a buffet style, so only one plate per person. No refills. The rooms are pretty outdated but clean. The bathroom is a shower over tub (1980s style) and the room is carpeted. It is difficult to get extra towels due to limited availability. My room has a hard bed and a chipped toilet seat.

Booked two rooms for two nights.
Room 1, the air conditioner does not heat, the sink bounce core is broken and cannot be drained, the hair dryer is broken and cannot be used, the bathtub has no plug, the bathroom area is small, there is no place to put the toiletries bag, the bathtub is next to the toilet, and the non-slip towel is next to the toilet.
Room 2, the air conditioner does not heat, the hair dryer wall is falling off, and the bathroom exhaust fan is broken.
The hotel breakfast is set, and it is not full at all, and there is no bread. The buffet can only have waffles and milk bubbles. The pillows in the room are square... Speechless~
For the same price, don't choose this hotel. Too bad!
