The hotel is big and the outdoor is great. That’s the only good thing about it. It’s in the middle of nowhere so you need to get a taxi to go anywhere. When we stayed there was about 4 staff on, the bar man was the pool man and because there was no guests they turned the pool on when we went to it. The breakfast was very poor not a lot to choose from and at 10am nothing left. The waiter turned the toaster on as I went to it with the only 2 slices of bread that were left and even though I put them through twice it only warmed them. On the first day I ask if they could get the safe in my room to work and I asked every day it was still not working when we left. The TV in the room had a few channels but because there was no WI-FI in the room there was no tv connection to any service. There was no information about the hotel or the surrounding area in the room or in the hotel. It was like staying in an abandoned hotel!

This place is an elaborate fraud to get your credit card and passport details. It is run by family, upon entering no one wears uniform. All guests that check in leave within hours but then you must cancel your credit card as they continue trying to charge it and then hide the charges on your card within a short period. They even have a relative who is a police officer comes past in his car when they call and he talks to the complainant for ages until they finally give up and leave for another hotel. Ponzi scheme beware!!

This was quite possibly the most bizarre hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It appeared luxurious when you entered but the room was a very poor quality and the bed was like a rock! The breakfast was very average unless you like sweet cakes. The service was fine but the other food practically non existent unless you like pizzas. The location was simply dreadful. Virtually the back of beyond and the road to it awful (although not unusual in Sicily!). The pool was nice!

LOCKED IN THE BATHROOM FOR AN HOUR!!! We recently checked in to this hotel. The public spaces are not air conditioned and are EXTREMELY HOT!!! We booked and paid for a suite with 2 king beds and a queen sofa bed and were not given this room (only 2 beds, no sofa, not a suite), then my husband was locked into the bathroom for nearly an hour. The front desk clerk was polite and helped us pry him out (using a butter knife, as no maintenance staff was onsite). Then the next morning the door to our room got stuck and would not close. We checked out early and are 36 hours into trying to get our canceled night refunded. I just heard that they are claiming that it is my husband's fault that he got locked into the bathroom, which is why they will not refund the nights we are not staying there. Terrible!!!!!!!!!

It is an excellent hotel that offers all comforts, different areas to relax , 2 swimming pools, wonderful landscape and it is very well equipped. The hotel is a lovely resort hotel, our room is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly, kind, very polite and helpful Food is exquisite, though they could improve the service.

Hotel overpriced and not more then 3 star hotel ! We booked the suite with a jacuzzi in the room ! Room with almost nothing special , coffee machine not working , phone to call room service or reception not working , hot water always an issue several times not been able to shower , , only one tv for the double suite room , jacuzzi with electric vibes when touching it and extreamly dirty including black water coming out of the water pipes. So not used at all ! no sofa or seats or even table in the room to be able to sit or sun bade at the terras of the room , clothes cupboards extreamly small for clothes , safe box not even fixed at the wall but just loose in the cupboard ! Also the room next other construction rooms so at 8h in the morning you get a wake up call from the builders from their banging. And this is the most expensive room of the hotel that says 5 star spa hotel. The spa is not existing fyi ! So the hotel is still in construction and really have no qualified people to serve the hotel at 5 stars but more a local nice family hotel where the room should not be more then 100€ a night ! The restaurant is more a cantine , food very poor and breakfast better go to the local market and buy a croissant as the breakfast does not exist! Hotel location to far away from Palermo if you like to visit Palermo in several days or you like to go out in evening especially for the dinner time! The only positive things from the hotel is that all the people is extreamly nice and polite and do their best ! The hotel have potential if runned properly! Hotel rate should be a 3* star maximum and price is overpriced . Advice for the rate of the hotel you have better options in Palermo ! We will for sure return to Palermo but not to this hotel ! Hope the info is of any help !

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was really nice and friendly expect the member of the staff who worked at the pool. He was a middle aged man who sexually disturbed my wife offering her a FREE PRIVATE MASSAGE IN HIS ROOM at 1 am. I was sleeping and my wife went to get water from the lobby when it happened. First he offered the water and my wife thought he was just being friendly because everyone else in the staff were super nice. Then he told her that the hotel offers in room massages which didn't sound weird cause it's a spa hotel. The whole situation started to go wrong when my wife wanted to book a massage for us when the man said that the massage is only for her. The worst part was the fact that the hotel owner didn't make any actions and almost didn't believe us. The hotel manager Olga handeled the situation with honour and respect but ofcourse couldn't over rule the owner who want to neglect the situation. This ruined the rest of our trip. This is not okey in any situation and defenately not in a high standard hotel where people spend time in the pool in bikini while a worker is thinking about private massages.

Nothing is saved. Dilapidated rooms. No hot water. Terrible restaurant and dining room and kitchen staff never seen so rude and not competent. ESCAPE WHILE YOU HAVE TIME! Bring clean cutlery and napkins from home. The plates are set at the table without changing either the cutlery or the service tablecloths. The dining room staff is extremely rude.
