Ho alloggiato in questa struttura per 2 notti ed ho scelto la suite con vasca idromassaggio e sauna in camera che devo dire ho apprezzato parecchio Ho un apprezzato un po’ meno la camera Letto e cuscini scomodi per le mie abitudini in quando letto bassi e materasso scomodo cuscino troppo piatti Ritengo che se prenoti una suite dai per scontato che la colazione sia compresa invece la mattina scendo nella sala colazioni e mi viene riferito che non è compresa la colazione ,cosa che mi fa restare parecchio male, La vetrata della camera è fornita di tende che non chiudono bene per cui al mattino la luce entra in tutto il suo splendore anche il kit di cortesia bagno lascia a desiderare Buona la posizione un po’ scomodo se arrivi in auto il parcheggio dista un po’ . Peccato soggiorno un po’ sotto le mie aspettative

Great location by the sea if you are looking to see palermos true culture! Lovely room with a view of the ocean and walking distance to restaurants even for a late night dinner. Near the Park of Parrots, and a 10 min taxi ride away from central Palermo which i recommend you visit.

The outdoor structure is beautiful, even inside it is! The rooms are really very large, and the bathrooms are also. Clean everything perfectly, the only thing the shower throw to the door! What opening it to make the hot water come, I washed everywhere 😂😂😂 We eat very well, light and quality, we took: pizza, shacked and a hamburger Careful staff, maybe too careful! Professional especially at reception We were also given the right information for the departure at 4:00, with the door and the key of the room. The insonorization of the room is not at the top, it felt a dust cleaner, the crying of the restaurant, the noises of the kitchen, a hypothetical compressor, and more he has, more he puts. The location of the hotel is good, at the junction of the old city and the new city, on the second main road. With a long history and luxurious style, the breakfast room is like a small palace, and the breakfast variety is also rich. It is the old problem of this type of hotel. The air-conditioning on the upper floors is loud, but later it was changed to a lower floor. The service is good.

Because it is the last stop of the journey, and considering the hotel chain, our vigilance is reduced. When I went to breakfast, I didn't lock the suitcase. When I returned to China, I found that one thousand yuan in the suitcase was gone. I suspect it was stolen in this hotel, because there are lock boxes in other places, and staying here. The RMB in front of the hotel has always been there. I have seen the experience of other people before I traveled. I know that Italy has such a theft incident. I didn’t expect it to happen to myself. I can only blame myself for being too big.

I read the bad reviews on Skyscanner and was skeptical about it. But trust me, in complete Sicily we booked various hotels and this was one of the best, with complete English speaking staff, more than excellent freshly prepared breakfast and the variety in breakfast was uncountable, it was tasty and fresh.. The staff was amazing, car parking available, good Ambience... 5 star from my side...

The location is excellent. Nearby attractions, restaurants, shops and not too far from the historic district and Palermo Markets. The staff at the hotel were extremely nice checking in and answering any questions or directions needed. The room was perfect for my needs with a great view, air conditioning and a nice balcony (room 304).
