I spent two nights, it was great, the food was great and the service is very good The animation was really nice moreover it's safe place l just the bar close little early 11pm............................................................... .

why can't customers pour their own drinks during lunch and dinner? as soon as my husband grabbed a bottle of Coca Cola to pour himself and put it back (because the waiters were busy so we didn't want to disturb them) a waiter ran up shouting loudly and stood so close that I thought he was going to hit my husband.

It was a poor stay at that hotel. However, some of the hotel team members were helpful. I addressed the below letter to the hotel management to take the necessary corrective actions. Dear Hotel Management, I would like to thank you for the "hospitality" you provided me during my terrible stay. Indeed, when I entered the room, an unpleasant odor greeted me and I enjoyed the "fresh atmosphere" all night. Additionally, the room was missing basic necessities like soap and shampoo. I reached out to the reception three times asking for these amenities and they told me that the housekeeping team was not available. I insisted on receiving the essentials and they pretended to address the issue, assuring me that the items were on the way. However, these were only empty promises. Given the critical situation and my discomfort, I decided to use the bathroom despite the conditions. I apologize for the "gift" that I left behind. In order to avoid any health complications, I decided to halt the rest of my stay and book in another hotel that provides the minimum requirements of health and hygiene standards for its guests. Please ensure this letter is delivered to the reception staff who failed to resolve these issues and copy the hotel management for follow-up and resolution. Best regards. Your Unsatisfied Guest

We booked our holiday of 27 people including a 2 and 6 month old baby. The day before our flight love holiday decided to move us to another hotel PALM BEACH SKANES. We were not expecting much however the hotel was so accommodating very friendly staff. The manager Nizar, Aymen, Radiya and all other staff were fabulous. The food was diverse and superb and of very high quality. We all had a great time and would definitely recommend it.

It is an excellent experience and great staff. First of all the warm at the reception was wonderful the hotel director was in the reception welcoming the guest . Second the food was wonderful Third the animations all over the day was great The atmosphere was perfect.

The hotel is a perfect place to stay not only for families but also for couples. The staff are friendly. The food is tasty and there is wide range of food. The hotel has many activities for all age categories. I strongly recommend that hotel for your holiday in Tunisia.

Hi, we came here from Serbia, and from the first moment, people that work here showed us kindness: In the reception, restaurant, bar and especially animators. Animation team made us feel like home when they played our songs and showed interest to learn our words and something about our country and culture. Also, food is amazing and the service there is great, just like anywere else in the hotel. Good job, people and thank you!!!

Spent 10 days with friends. I had rest, fun and lots of other things. Water is great. Hotel is also excellent. Food and drinks are good and fun in the pool is the best. A lot of nice people in hotel. And 5 stars to Animation Team :).
