It was a poor stay at that hotel. However, some of the hotel team members were helpful. I addressed the below letter to the hotel management to take the necessary corrective actions. Dear Hotel Management, I would like to thank you for the "hospitality" you provided me during my terrible stay. Indeed, when I entered the room, an unpleasant odor greeted me and I enjoyed the "fresh atmosphere" all night. Additionally, the room was missing basic necessities like soap and shampoo. I reached out to the reception three times asking for these amenities and they told me that the housekeeping team was not available. I insisted on receiving the essentials and they pretended to address the issue, assuring me that the items were on the way. However, these were only empty promises. Given the critical situation and my discomfort, I decided to use the bathroom despite the conditions. I apologize for the "gift" that I left behind. In order to avoid any health complications, I decided to halt the rest of my stay and book in another hotel that provides the minimum requirements of health and hygiene standards for its guests. Please ensure this letter is delivered to the reception staff who failed to resolve these issues and copy the hotel management for follow-up and resolution. Best regards. Your Unsatisfied Guest
