Find the Cheap Monastir Hotels

The hotel is a very fine one. Yes, it has its mistakes and shortcomings (I have read the one star reviews before) but you simply cannot except much more for this price and location. + : Staff is super friendly and understanding with kids (except for 1 person). There is a lot of folks working there! Really a lot.. Amazing amount of workforce.. Never seen before in Europe that much people working in hotel. Pools are as good as on the photos. Beds are excellent. Food is constantly available. Food for kids is even more constantly available :) For diners you can get away from the crowd by booking for the 'special' diners . Same kitchen, same taste, you don't get to choose from dozens of food, you get what they prepare, but there is no crowd. Simple tradeoff. We were in a suite w sea view - it was ok, first room on the corridor, we had like 90 degrees view. -: There are mosquitos. Not a lot, but red haired white skinned kids can suffer a bit from them. The hotel is applying gas to control the mosquito population but additionaly nets would be nice on the terrace doors. Food is what you can get when there are hundreds of people on all inclusive. That simply requieres a food factory. There was no food of dubious quality, sometimes the tastes were not to our liking, yet you trully have a wide range of dishes to choose from. So it wasn't a fine dining experience but it was totally ok and sometimes even more. Drinks are not the best. The all inclusice includes wines and beer which we tried only once and opted for the extras after that (bottled beer and wine from the a la carte menu). But it was not expensive at all so even if you are a bit pricky, like we were, you won't have to spend a lot. The half day camel riding program is a disaster. They take you to the outskirts of the next town where is a LOT of rubbish everywhere. It was like touring in a garbage dump. Outside the hotel the country is, well, not too nice. Garbage heaps, garbage, shredding and flaking plastic, and some more garbage. :( Unfinished buildings, half demolished buildings, etc. So the hotel is like a totally different world. The sea and the pools were a bit cold in mid June. A bit. Good between 11 and 4, not particularly inviting when the sun was otherwise not shone strongly. The sand on the beach on one hand is superb, yet there is some debris from construction! Pieces of broken brick. But not covered with it, only some. The so called amusement programmes are tooo loud. We were running away from it every time it started, they turned up the bass and played some techno - but we are a family prefering quite environment. Also there was a part of the evening program that was meant to be entertaining, but it was very very strong for us - the joke was that a male member of the staff dressed up as a woman, and they called 4 ladies on stage who had to walk and look sexy, etc. But again - you don't have to go there. Had a fantastic holiday here, the staff are so hard working and so friendly, food great, entertainment perfect we enjoyed with all the team they do a nice actives in. The morning and lovely showes in the night good, would definitely come back. The room was a sea view room and the view was amazing, plenty to do and had an al a carte meal which was lovely, nice restaurant is a must for a good and delicious 😋

Monastir has a beautiful view. The castle on the slopes is a bird's eye view of the curved beaches and piers filled with hundreds of yachts and sailboats. A few hundred meters from the castle to the city center is the Medina surrounded by the ancient city walls. Our Marina Cap Monastir-Apart’hotel is located on the other side of the castle castle. From the door of the room, you can see the light blue and white boats and masts in the levee. This is the worst and dirtyest hotel I've ever experienced. I can't understand here that some give the hotel 5 stars. Normally this hotel doesn't even deserve a star. The carpet was polluted and closed, the lighting was not available in the 4th floor floor, so with the lamp you had to look for the suitable room number and lock. The room was a horror, I wouldn't even let a dog stay there. The whole night was a hair-conditioning on the roof, so it was noisy and you feel like living next to an airport. I built my ears from toilet paper and tried to sleep. With regard to furniture; everything gone down, there are no grips, sticking sheets, on the box the lack leaves off, there are wet floors on the ceiling. The shower masters had ever experienced better times, crazy and blind. You don't believe to touch anything. In the lift you can only hope and pray that he doesn't stay sticked, display doesn't work properly and the frame is roughly roasted to the door. Wifi doesn't work. It's rather a departure than an hotel. I checked out the next day to leave this place as soon as possible. Whoever is worth much of his health should not use the pool. The view of the hotel is acceptable, but the service needs improvement in many aspects. The rental of the swimming pool needs to be rented separately, which is particularly inconvenient. Imbattable rapport qualité prix 32 euros pour demi pension literie de qualité les chambres au 5ème étage entièrement rénovée avec goût literie top douche avec un super carrelage petit déjeuner très copieux un personnel aux petits soins la Tunisie comme on l aime depuis 1984 je voyage en Tunisie je retrouve à chaque fois dans cet hôtel l hospitalité Tunisienne merci

We stayed a day in this hotel and what to say about customer service !!! Manel at the reception smiling and listening. Madame Saida has ensured that all our needs are met. The swimming pool is large in the surface and deep. The outdoor furnishings are well thought. There is a coffee with a beautiful view of the beach of Monastir. The buffet is different and clearly exceeded my expectations, compared to other internationally recognised hotels. In photo the view I had from the buffet terrace. Nous avons découvert cet hôtel via des amis habitués (merci à Mehdi et Leila) Un hôtel avec un potentiel incroyable, beaucoup de charme, taille humaine donc très reposant pas énormément de monde et pendant la saison c'est vraiment un plus. L'hôtel est très bien pour les familles il fait bon y vivre, le personnel est à l'écoute très serviable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace piscine il y a en pour grand et petit sous la surveillance permanente du maître nageur. Vraiment un hôtel simple minimaliste et qualitatif qui se démarque de ce qu'on peut voir dans le coin J'encourage fortement toute l'équipe de l'hôtel Les Palmiers et nous reviendrons c'est certain.
