The hotel is right at the south exit of Mito Station, making it very convenient for travel. The room facilities are a bit old, but fortunately the twin room is more spacious than the average Japanese hotel. We arrived at the hotel early and were allowed to check in as soon as the room was ready, which was quite humane.

The hotel is well located with the train station & shopping near by. It has only 1 restaurant. The hotel probably expect the guests to make use the abundant f & b in the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable but the furniture is abit old and loose fitting. The staff was friendly and helpful although their understand of English is quite low. Overall, I enjoyed my 4 nights stay and will probably use the same hotel if I am in the Mito ( Ibaraki) area.

Close to the station, a deep drinker in the alley is also close. Breakfast is also full of home taste and staff is kind. The bath is small and the facilities are old, but the cospa is perfect. It is a good hotel that is playing in the contents.

We arrived early morning by train and walk down from station by step to go to hotel and found escalator near bus stop outside to upstairs. Hotel have amenity bar for choosing. Near Excel mito supermarket and department store for shopping. (10:00-20:00) For having breakfast at Tully's Coffee in Mito station.

If I could give service 6 out of 5 stars I would! The staff were so lovely and arranged the shipping of my luggage to Tokyo in a very efficient way, going so far as to help me weigh it (they had to carry it to do so) and then advising me to repack to get cheaper rates. They also helped me check in early to the fastest cleaned room! Breakfast was delicious and there were many options. The laundry room was convenient and next to the baths so you could soak while your clothes were being cleaned. A fantastic and comfortable stay! I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is about 300 meters away from the south exit of JR Mito Station. It is easy to find when you stand on the flyover. The lobby is small and fast business hotel style. Service and hygiene are quite satisfactory. Breakfast is on the 12th floor, you can see the surrounding scenery, and the variety is quite rich. Opposite the street from the hotel gate is a 7-11 convenience store, shopping is very convenient. Stayed here for two days, the only thing that felt a little bad was that the hotel was at the crossroads of a main road, and was awakened by the roar of motorcycles many times in the middle of the night. In the middle of the next night, a group of young people were noisy at the convenience store entrance for half an hour. If you want to be quiet, don’t live in a room facing the street.

The room had high ceilings and was very clean. The amenities were from L'OCCITANE and I was very happy to see two types of bath salts! The hand soap also had a nice scent, so the room was soothing and the scent was soothing, and I was able to stay very relaxed. Since we stayed on the third floor, the smell was good even in the hallway. I was able to see the bride on my way out and it warmed my heart. The staff were also very friendly and I really appreciated how they were kind to my five-year-old who likes to mess around. It was very nice that they noticed right away when I didn't understand something or tried to talk to him, and created an atmosphere where it was easy to talk. I didn't know that there was a stamp rally at the accommodation, so my child had a lot of fun going around. It was a very fun and fulfilling stay. If I had to say one thing, it would be nice if the toothbrush bed was smaller.

Yes, it's very close to the platform, and it's just over the flyover after exiting the station. There is also a bus stop opposite the hotel. It is quite a big room in Japan. The air conditioner in the room can be adjusted individually

The room was very beautiful. The room had a place to take off shoes and there was a disposable slipper in the amenities, so there was a feeling of cleanliness. In addition, there were shampoo conditioners and various chargers in the lobby. (There was also a charger in the room.) The bed was large and I was able to sleep well until morning. There were sweets and drinks in the lobby, and it was good that the guests were able to get free!

The reception was great and the room was clean and nice. However, I thought that long hair had fallen in the bathroom and the cleaning might not be perfect.
