Still enjoying my stay !!!! Will always revisit if time permits and happen to be in town

The room was clean and a nice size, but the pullout couch was really uncomfortable. The extra blankets were torn and scratchy. The light over the sink was flickering when we arrived and went out during our stay. We had a room with a kitchen and we wanted to cut some apples. The knife was dull and there was no cutting board.

Staff were pleasant. Room was clean and sk was the rest of the hotel. However the breakfast was disgusting. I'm not sure how you can go wrong with scrambled eggs.

This is great place for families with young kids. The suites are spacious and bright. We really enjoyed our stay here and will possibly return for a family staycation again. The service is excellent, very accommodating and generous. All the staff were so nice and friendly. The breakfast options were also good. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Overall a present stay. Things we did not like: 1. One elevator and it was very slow. 2. Parking spots and the access to the room were very far. 3. Iron stand was broken. 4. Upfront non-refundable payment was the biggest kicker.

Room was excellent more than what we expected it to be. But here are a few things that can make a customer's experience be even more amazing. The breakfast needs to be greatly improved. The quality of the most basic breakfast selection was very poor. Combine that with the actual presentation/set up in the dining area made me think twice if I was going to book again at this establishment. The scrambled eggs was dry. The bacon was burnt, the sausages tasted so bad I gagged. This was the only hotel where I had to scoop my ketchup from a bowl using a plastic spoon into a container. I spend a lot of my business in hotels because of the nature of my work. So I have a lot of experience with hotels high end and average classes. This establishment just needs to work on this area and they will completely turn around their business. I really want to consider booking with them again in the future but I have to wait for other people to post more positive reviews before I do so..

The place was met what i needed. However, I was one the first people at breakfast and the milk, syrup containers were dirty like they were not cleaned from the previous day. Coffee was terrible.

This hotel has a "feel-home" vibes. Secured, clean and can be easily accessed. A two-thumbs up for me. Special thanks to the Hotel Manager who is very approachable and very accomodating. We appreciate your kindness. Defenitely recommendable, and will be back soon in the not too distant future.

Everything was amazing and very good experinece but the beds weren't very comfortable as well as for the breakfast there wasn't a lot of variety
