"Hotel near airport. Great free shuttle service with very nice and helpful drivers. Fast and efficient check in. Very Fast check out. Spacious room with great view. Beautiful large window. Large and comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. Negative notes: Slippers are not available, are necessary. The sink was clogged. Missing soap for shower."

"The counter allows us to use US dollars, which is a great convenience for me. The hotel does not provide free breakfast. It is quite cold to go out to find food on a snowy day. The room is neat and bright, and the view is good."

"It was the first flight in the morning, but it was very convenient because I could take the free shuttle to the airport immediately from the hotel. The hotel was also very nice."

"The location is a little bit far away from any attractions, the second night we didn't have any hot water, and waited from 7 pm -10 pm. During the time, we called front desk, but they only said they would check the maintenance, then hang out, never call us back. Our families were disappointed with their service"

"Impressed by large room and size of bathroom, kitchenet. Check-in went smoothly and staff was helpful Breakfast space was quite limited specially during busy time 8-10AM Most of items at breakfast were repeated so for guests staying longer than one day it would be a bit of disappointing"

"I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ. The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book."
