no sign to show the shuttle to get to the hotel, but for location, and convenience, it's good to book

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff is friendly, and there is a shuttle bus bringing you to the airport within 5 minutes. I’d stay again.

A perfect stop for a long layover. It was a walking distance to the airport. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this stop over the one that’s attached to the airport. A bit cheaper and the service was impeccable.

Overall, it was good, but no one received our phone call. Reception was hanging up all the time.

Nice hotel next to the airport Just few minutes by foot Perfect location for the first day . You arrive late (the rental maybe already closed or only the expensive ones opened) No problem, just take this hotel and get your car at the next day. That’s how I did. 😁

A good choice to stop-by for early flight or late arrival. Location close to the airport but the passenger terminal is not in walking distance. Shuttle service is good and regular at every 30 mins but need some luck as the capacity is limited to some 14 or 15 only. Beds are comfy. Air con is a bit old and noisy.

This hotel is a must-stay for me whenever I have a morning flight departing Terminal 3 at YYZ. The terminal is just a short walk across the street! No worries, if you are traveling from T1 or happen to have lots of heavy baggage there is a free shuttle service. The restaurant offers a great regular menu and an extra good breakfast if you include this in your booking.

Bed is super comfy. Good food. Clean rooms. Nice, helpful staff

The staffs were kind. Fortunately, amazingly early check-in was possible. The room was clean and safe. There was a bit of noise from the conneted room, which was blocked by a thick door, and from the elevator. But was okay to take a full rest.

Exceptional hotel with professional and kind staff at the reception area. One man in particular stood out (Paey?) . The shuttle was efficient. Don't let the on line chat convince you that there is no shuttle service! We paid $26 for short taxi to the hotel but took the free shuttle back.

The hotel service was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and quaint for the one night. The included breakfast buffet was more than enough. The airport is in walking distance as you can see in the photo taken from my room's window view. I opted for the free hotel shuttle service. I recommed this hotel for a one/two-night stay.

No frills hotel near airport. Front desk staff are mostly not friendly especially Hyunngmo. Housekeeping staff rarely greet you. Quite an unwelcoming hotel
