This hotel is in the middle of downtown Mississauga, and at the corner of main intersection. It is close to Square One shopping mall and highway exit. Please extend the drop off parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. It was a little bit difficult and uncomfortable to park and exit out of it when there are more than two cars coming to the hotel lobby. Hurontario Street and Burhamthorpe Rd are under construction now. It was not easy to drive around the hotel.

Exceptional hotel with professional and kind staff at the reception area. One man in particular stood out (Paey?) .
The shuttle was efficient. Don't let the on line chat convince you that there is no shuttle service! We paid $26 for short taxi to the hotel but took the free shuttle back.

Compared with other hotels, the price here is more affordable, there is a Chinese-American front desk (see luck), there is a small supermarket downstairs, and a gas station, easy to travel. Near the airport, but the noise is low

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk is very nice, there is a shuttle, I made an appointment for the shuttle at 6:00 the next day, and I asked the front desk for breakfast at 6:00, but the front desk let me have breakfast a few minutes earlier, the shuttle driver was very punctual and waited in advance. The hanging basket and coffee in the lobby can make me spend time with jet lag happily.

I made the booking in January and then read some reviews touching on what the reviewers perceived to be negatives. I did not see this in any aspect of our stay. It again reinforces my belief about a certain group of people who nit-pick unnecessarily, and are never really satisfied. It was a very comfortable 8-nights stay for my family of 5 visiting relations in Brampton. My kids particularly loved the indoor swimming. Location was okay, it is not downtown Toronto or even Brampton - and this is reflected in the price. It was very clean and was kept clean. Breakfast was the standard hotel offering, but well worth it. Staff were friendly, respectful and keen to help. Ultimately, a very good stay and I’ll happily stay again.

One of Hilton’s hidden gems: luxury is a sensation, we experience it in place as excellence, in this case of accommodations, the Meadowvale Hilton gifts an air of sophistication without haughtiness. Within this post-modern masterpiece (built in 1981), a gentle atmosphere balances its very castle-like quality - this is not only through a recent renovation, but also the level of confidence and qualified demeanor of the staff; this experience introduces a fresh look at what resort accommodations can be, in the best possible sense.

We wanted to thank Ashu for taking such good care of us! He was very through and helpful. We needed to book an adjacent room last minute and he made it happen for us. He was very accommodating. He made sure we were taken care of! The hotel is a little on the smaller side and it is very clean. We would definelty recommend this location.

GGuest UserDuring my stay in the Hilton Gardens hotel at Toronto airport mistakes were made. Let me start with my own. I didn't realize there are several Hilton hotels at the airport and took the shuttle to the wrong one. Let me tell you: Canada is not made for pedestrians and it was a cumbersome walk to the correct Hilton on foot. Also: because of the name Garden I expected a hotel surrounded by a lush garden. No such thing. It's on a bleak, grey, asphalt area with no garden or any features at all. Or do they consider the giant car parks to be ”gardens”? Another mistake by me: this being the first visit to Canada, perhaps I should be prepared better. However, the breakfast at Hilton Gardens is not suitable at all for vegans. Smoothies have cow milk in them and other options are just sweets disguised as actual food. As Canada is not designed for pedestrians, there's no supermarket anywhere and thus I went seriously hungry. Next it's the hotels turn. Hotel airports need good sound insulation to keep the airplane noise out. And indeed: not an airplane can be heard in the room. However, the air conditioning is the loudest I have ever encountered. Parking a car with a petrol engine in the room and running it would be more quiet! Luckily, the airco can be turned off. However, the frig cannot be turned off and it kept me awake basically all night. And the worst thing is: when I opened it in the morning hoping to find a mini bar, it turns out it's empty! Why waste so much electricity and noise to cool an empty space? How about just running it if in use to cool stuff? On top of the noise of the a frig a constant 24 hour droning mechanical noise could be heard in my room (#1516). It sounded like a factory or perhaps a huge aircon unit on top of the roof?
GGosse RosemaryThe hotel is super convenient for early flights out of Terminal 3. In room coffee machine was a nice feature. The bed is quite high and very soft which made it difficult to get into. Staff were very accommodating. The food was excellent. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and quiet. The room rate was high for the level of service offered.
GGuest UserWe booked this hotel for an overnight stay before flying across to LA . On arrival , the lobby seemed a little dingy , however , we were warmly welcomed, and although our room wasn’t ready ( as we were early ) we were offered a place to sit , our luggage to be stored , and a cup of coffee so all was good ! When we got access to our room , we were pleasantly surprised , it was spacious , spotlessly clean , comfy beds , a nice bathroom , everything you need for an overnight stay . We went into the bar / pub in the hotel , have to say the bar tender was AMAZING ,he had a knack of keeping everyone happy , he engaged , cleaned tables , took food orders , delivered said food orders , cleared away , and no one sat with an empty glass ! He really was an excellent bar tender , I would happily employ him ! ! Food and wine standard were excellent also ! Free airport shuttle , so , all in all , I’d say this is an excellent choice for a night before or after a flight , give it a try !

GGuest UserOn April 23rd, 2022, my partner and I arrived at the Holiday Inn – Mississauga/Toronto West – 100 Brittania Rd East. We came to the hotel at 1pm for early check in thinking that the pool was open (as per the call agent who took my reservation), only to find out that the pool was not open, and it was “closed for maintenance”. This was not disclosed earlier when I booked the reservation, there was no mention of the pool being closed. I was very excited to use the pool as it was my birthday weekend, and it was my plan to use this amenity as soon as I arrived. I asked for them to amend the reservation to a cheaper price, however they said that the reservation had already been amended to include the new price (without a functioning pool). Regardless, my partner and I arrived to our room (Room 211) and after using the toilet, we find out that the toilet does not work. I called the front desk to notify them of this, and we agreed to switch rooms. We received a new room (Room 212), directly across from our previous room, and to no surprise, this toilet did not work either. The entire ordeal was discussed with the front desk and I asked if we should move hotels as they did not have any functioning toilets. The front desk clerk stated that “this was very unusual” and that they will have someone come look at it right away. While the custodian was fixing the toilet in the new room (Room 212), my partner had realized that he left his vape pen in the first room (211). He asked the housekeeper if he could go into the room to retrieve it, the lady said they did not find anything in the room we just left (this all happened within 30 minutes of leaving the first room). Altogether, the toilet was poorly fixed, as the same issue kept happening all night in room 212. Later on that night, we were told that the 2nd floor had recently been renovated, as there were pencil marks still on the walls. Futhermore, around 3pm that day, I decided to take a shower. As I got out of the shower, I dried myself with a towel, only to find it was stained with someone else’s makeup (what looked like eyeliner from both eyes). *See pictures below* It was clear that the towel was not cleaned and bleached properly as the make up had been stained onto the white towel (GROSS). We decided there was no point of addressing this with the front desk (as the lady was also disgruntled over the phone) and we just decided to go on with the night and make a mental note to never come back to the holiday Inn EVER AGAIN! But wait… IT GETS BETTER!!! On Sunday, April 24th, the next morning, as we were cleaning up to check out of the hotel, we went to check on our friends in various other rooms. At approximately 10:50am, my friends and I were all in the elevator going to meet up in my room (Room 212) only to find out that our key cards were no longer working. We went to the lobby, completely disoriented, and asked why our key cards weren’t working anymore. The lady at the front desk, a young Indian lady (sh
GGuest UserThe room is clean and towels are fluffy white. We had a good night sleep. We had king room and bathroom is big and comfortable. We had a fridge with no icebox. The hotel reception hall has wood beams, wedding room is beautiful. We had Mississagua promotion of visa gift card and Square one gift card. It was fun going to the big beautiful mall.
GGuest UserI stayed three nights and the room was very clean. I will say they told me at check in, if I need clean towels to give them a call. Basically don’t expect housekeeping to clean the room. There are not a lot of dining options near the hotel, so be aware of that if you don’t have a car. There is a free breakfast buffet, that’s the only meal served inside of the hotel. I like the fact that there is plenty of free parking.
韩韩The hotel opened by the Indian boss is very close to the airport, a ten-minute drive. The hotel offers a free pick-up and drop-off service, which needs to be told to the front desk. Pick-up is a white car, only a small NU hotel logo, waiting at the arrival port 13 of the T3, half an hour. The hotel has only two floors and the house is not very large. The facilities are basically complete, no kettle and disposable slippers, shampoo and soap, more typical inn. Hygiene is very general, plus the facilities are old and it doesn't feel very good. Near the airport, the room is not very quiet, the sound is also normal. There is Subway in the downstairs, not far from Wendy's, there is no supermarket nearby. Generally speaking, the price is cheap, and it is suitable for catching a plane for one night.
