Friendly staff , located in prime location , free parking , room is big and comfortable

The room is spacious with a view. The hot water shower is mainly warm water though. It's nice and I like it.

Room was spacious , and the layout is different than typical hotel which was good for me. For the price, its really above my expectation.

The best hotel in Miri is confidently situated in a prime location.

Excellent value for money for a hotel in an excellent location. Hotel is located in town, connected to 2 shopping malls and within walking distance of many good local eateries. Spacious apartments are dated but perfectly livable. Hotel rooms have been refurbished and quite nice.

So far so good as managed got free upgraded to suite room. Location wise is vy strategic with linked to shopping mall.

Stayed here nine years ago. Great services and facilities. Good Malaysian breakfast. Convenient location with eateries and malls nearby.

Booked the 3 bedrooms apartment. Apartment is good sized for family. The place is old and a bit run down but is served the purpose if you are using it for sleeping etc and not utilising the kitchen facility. We had a little hiccup with one aircon leaking and fridge/freezer not working.

The hotel room is nice. The location also strategic. Many restaurants choices and also shops choices.

It is really a traveling class hotel that has not been upkeep well able it it is still relatively clean and service is relatively okay.

Great location which located at town area, spacious room but a bit smelly the room carpet & some ciggies smell in the room. Hotel receptionist services need some improvement. Not attentive, not friendly and don't even greet the guests at all.

I totally had a wonderful stay at Imperial. Just 15-20 min drive from Miri Airport. Checking in was a breeze. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Slight damp smell in the room but it was not a bother. All the amenities were there. The cherry would be the bed. We had two single beds. But the size of each is almost like queen bed. Two people can sleep easily on each bed 😂. Looking forward to another stay at the hotel. Good job imperial! We arrived quite late and beaten by the journey. So no pics taken. 🥹🥹
