I book kingsley hotel miri ,after I check in I go to my room and I saw inside hotel mat very dirty and smelly I thought inside room should be ok what I saw in website but once I enter my room inside too much smelly than outside room even u can’t stand for couple of minute,I complaint to reception than they bring me to other room and there also same thing I don’t want to stand anymore there ,I go counter and asked them for check out but they told me we can’t refund you any money,if anyone plan to stay here please don’t ever stay here otherwise you will just waste your money on this hotel.

It all depends at what price you got this hotel for. I got it under 40 dollars so no complaints in general . The hotel is very near to Canada Hill. The hotel has seen better days. Decent room with tv but no channels . No fridge. The Bath room has a washbasin and shower in the bath tub but no tap. There is no Comod shower which is a common thing in Asian hotels usually. Biggest problem is there are no good place to eat nearby . You have to walk at least 800 meters to get a food court . There are 2 convenience store bang opposite the hotel. The hotel staff is very poorly trained they have no idea about the neighbourhood and local sightseeing attractions. Do visit Coco Cabana and Canada Hill for view .

Though the location of the Hotel is on the highway road side, is not directly accessible for driving. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There eateries located in the same building, from Western food to Asian cuisine food court. There is a twenty four hour dobi, a car wash and a convenient store. Very convenient for family or business travelers.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was normal and clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attraction. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

It's quite affordable and the room is quite quiet. It's OK.

My room was situated at Block B, Level 3. The parking space in front of the block was obstructed with flower pots and it is quite hard to maneuver car to do reverse parking in rainy nights that i experienced. The entrance was on higher ground and need to go up staircase to go to my room. The room kinda okay just the bathroom was abit dirty and smells moldy. The bed sheets smells okay. Aircon was super cold. TV also functioning well.

Good apartment

everything is good, unfortunately during our stay, the washing machine not working well and the sink were clogged, but overall we satisfied.

Time square is a good location at Miri center. Apartment is clean and quiet. I'm not too happy with the subpar service of the rental agency. Not my first time renting a place managed by them. Consistently so far, agent managing any of the unit managed by Evernet has never been proactive to send me my check in details 1 day before check in. All in all had to contact them 4-5 times in 24 hours to finally get all the information I need to get to the right apartment unit. If you want better service at the same area of Miri town, stay at a hotel like Pullman (prompt service/at least they let you know they will take awhile if its peak timeframe). If you want better value for money, you probably be happier with services from other operators. There is no shortage of choices in Miri. Apartment rating: 4 star. Agency rating: 0 star.
