Very close to Mestre Station (2-3min walking). And equipped well done facilities and offer nice breakfast. The room is clean and also have separate toilet and bathroom, although washing area in public is a bit noisy in the morning. Overall, best choice for solo who wants short stay in Venice.

The location is very central, very close to St. Mark's Square, the hotel is very small, it feels like two or three floors... Everyone who sees breakfast every day is almost the same, breakfast is simple but OK, reception is Italian Grandpa accent is very heavy, but people are very good, the keys are very simple, the hotel is in the left position of the third picture, go out is the commercial street

A lovely, authentic Italian hotel. We were greeted by a friendly and informative receptionist on arrival. Our room was small but perfect for the two of us for three nights. It was super clean and the bed was very big and comfortable. We were worried about there being mosquitoes in the room but we did not experience seeing any. The only improvement would be to have more plug sockets as there were only two. The hotel was in a great location. Not far from the coach station (15 min walk) and about 20/25 min walk to St Marks Square. There were lots of cafes, restaurants and shops right outside too!

This property is in a great location. Close to bus stations, trains and all that Venice has to offer. Our room had a private bathroom and slept 4 people comfortably. We herd that some rooms shared a bathroom, so be sure to book what you prefer. The included breakfast was nice enough to energize us each morning and start our day. Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is pretty basic, but that is what we were looking for as we didn't spend much time at the hotel other than to sleep and have breakfast. Great place for explorers who need a clean and basic room in Venice.
