Venice City Center
The service at the St. Regis Hotel is very good. The staff are warm and thoughtful. It is definitely a 5-star service. The facilities and environment are also first-class. It is also very close to St. Mark's Square. It only takes about 2 minutes to walk there. Of course, the price is A bit expensive, but reasonably expensive. This is a very good memory for me in Venice. I will stay here again next time I come.

I chose the Russott Hotel by random Google search, when I was planning a work trip to Venice, and I was not disappointed in my choice: this hotel, despite it being in need of refurbishment upon my initial thoughts, was a Wonderful experience. it is a True Vencian experience, and the close link to a tram stop (3 minutes walk) to Venice Old town, it turned out to be a Wonderful choice . I Highly recommend this hotel, and am looking forward to taking my Wife there to visit Venice

I just wanted to say that I was overwhelmed by the friendliness and efficiency of the entire staff. From the front desk, housekeeping and bar service it was all top notch. The venue is only a couple of blocks from the beach and only one block from the main *****. The pool is fabulous and the rooms are spacious and well arranged. I can't say enough about our 2 night stay. The complimentary bicycles are also an added bonus. Our enthusiastic thumbs up to all of you.

The hotel is on a separate island and there is only this hotel on the island. The environment is well maintained. There is a pool and restaurant on the roof. You can see the main island of Venice. In terms of transportation, there is a ferry to and from San Marco Square on the main island. The boat and the one-way shuttle bus to St. Lucia Railway Station on the main island are free. We live in small suites, the rooms and beds are large, the bathrooms and cloakrooms are large, and the experience is very good!

We stayed the night of June 27th before a flight the next morning. The hotel seemed relatively clean and fine for our purposes; however, when I got home, I found that they charged my credit card an extra $60.29. When I inquired, I was told that I was charged the normal city tax, a fee for the shuttle and $20/person for breakfast. When we checked in, the receptionist asked if we wanted to use the shuttle, but did not mention anything about a fee. I would have paid that anyway, but I'm very frustrated about the breakfast. I asked what time breakfast was served the night before as we had an early flight. I was told 6:00am, but there was no mention of a fee. When we sat down in the breakfast area, we were not asked our room number and the hostess didn't mention anything about a fee. She did take our coffee order. The breakfast was extensive, but I only grabbed a yogurt. My sister had a small plate with some pastries and yogurt. Had I known that there was a $20 charge, I would have steered clear. The hotel claims that there is a notice posted in the elevator and at the entrance. We saw nothing... I'm very disappointed that they refused to remove or discount this charge. $20 is ridiculous for a yogurt and cup of coffee in any circumstances.

The strongest point of this hotel is its location the building in the photo is the hotel, so very practical in terms of the nuisance that it could cause I reassure you immediately depending on the rooms do not hear it see a little but absolutely nothing that could disturb my light sleep! You get your tickets in a super simple way at the station itself. For 2 adults and 2 children we paid €11.90 for the trip. Breakfast at the hotel is very basic but it's always good so you don't waste time and don't leave on an empty stomach. The staff is friendly, especially at breakfast! If I have to come back to Venice it is without a doubt that I will come back here, the most free parking so when we vacated our rooms we left our vehicle in the car park while we spent one last day walking ☺️
