This hotel was beyond any expectation. We feel so fortunate to have found it. First, they saved our reservation from 2 years ago when COVID cancelled our reason for coming from the USA. They reached out to us about a booking we didn’t even know we still had, and they didn’t charge us anything more because we’d already paid in 2019. We were here for a Pearl Jam concert at the autodromo. They provided a shuttle, and when I say shuttle, I mean huge fancy bus for travel transcontinentally. This was complimentary. We received free cocktails upon arrival, and the mini fridge was stocked with snacks, water, soda, and beer. Then, there’s breakfast!! See photos. The staff was even more impressive. I felt like I was staying with a favorite family member. Truly.. They made us feel like celebrities and thanked us repeatedly for staying with them. I think the manager’s name is Mirala (but I do not know much Italian, including remembering her unique and beautiful name). I cannot express enough in a simple review how grateful we are to have had such a terrific experience. We will be so glad you booked with Eurohotel Imola, too.

The room is very large and well-equipped. It is very good in Milan. In the suburbs, don’t get in and out of the hotel too late. It takes about 5 minutes to the subway station. There is a large supermarket. Breakfast is okay. It’s cheaper than eating outside. The keychain is too heavy. The door lock can be opened after a long time

It actually operates like a hotel, without cooking, but it is clean and tidy, with a coffee machine and breakfast rolls (order a bread and coffee in the cafe downstairs). We found the place easily with the map. Fortunately, I met a resident at the door who taught me how to go upstairs! Look for the doorbell of B&an Chez Moi Lame 57 at the door and ring it, and then follow the instructions to elevator B to get up! The location is very convenient in the city center!

I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel. The staff was amazing and the service was great. Breakfast was very delicious like everywhere in Italy. The historical city center is just 20-25 min walking. There is additional tourist city tax - €3 per person / day and it should be paid when you leave the hotel.

The room was really clean and comfortable, The hotel is ideally situated close to all the sights and sounds of the city plus the railway station. The hotel reception were really nice in helping us find locations in the city. The morning breakfast buffet they had before COVID was of course stopped, but they still offer appropriate breakfast refreshments every morning from 7 am to 9.30 am. At the time of writing, face masks are still required in taxis and public transport.

#Praise# Satisfied with the sound insulation of nearby activities, nearby restaurants, corridors; #Negative reviews#Disappointed with sound insulation; I chose a large house, although there are windows, I can't see anything, because there are only two floors, and I can understand without an elevator. There is also the hot and cold water in the shower room and toilet. Although it does not affect the use, it still feels that it needs to be said.
