All is well at the Ipoint Hotel in Bologna. Friendly staff, comfortable and well laid out room. Excellent Wi-Fi and bathroom with everything you need. I can't rate breakfast because we left early in the morning and didn't use it. (Takeaway basket not available). Apart from the carpet in the room everything was ok.

We specifically requested a cot for our 2 year old daughter, receiving confirmation of the request. Upon our arrival at the hotel we were told that the cots were finished and instead there was a single bed for a 2 year old girl??!!! No high chairs were available at breakfast. To say that the breakfast, for a 4 star hotel, was cheap seems like a compliment to me: - very little choice - cappuccino made from the machine - the orange juice dispenser was filled from the "Bravo" juice package

I cannot understand the many negative reviews. The rooms are clean, the mattress is top-notch, the mattress underneath is also clean, the ambience is tasteful, the technology is state-of-the-art (card access, digital heating, light control from the bed, electric shutters, wardrobe safe, 2 elevators). It was well heated. The bathroom was also pleasantly warm with its own temperature control and ventilation. There was nothing to complain about at breakfast. Large buffet with enough choice and delicious coffee in all kinds of varieties. There was no German bread and no vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers) but otherwise there was nothing to complain about. Very good value for money, nice, friendly staff. The location is in Nirvana in a rural setting. Lamborghini has a factory very close by. If you want, you can visit a museum there. I can recommend the hotel, especially for the price.

Very good hotel, especially if you are just passing through. Put off by the excessive prices in Bologna, we looked in the countryside and found this good hotel. The furnishings, room size, friendliness of the staff and the roof-top restaurant are particularly worth mentioning.

Very nice hotel with excellent value for money. Clean and large rooms. Breakfast is also good, especially the sweet part: in addition to croissants, rusks and biscuits there is a nice selection of cakes and Pam cakes. Then there are ham, bread, joggers, juices etc. The hotel also has a gym area and a large and convenient car park. I recommend the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel at the beginning of July 2023, I go up to enter the room, the door does not open using the magnetic key. I go back to reception and receive 2 keys, a mechanical one for the door and a magnetic one for the lights. I enter the room at 7.00 pm, the lights don't work, I report the inconvenience to the reception and go out for dinner. When I return the lights don't work, I call back to the reception and there is an employee who struggles to speak Italian, he goes up to the room to check without solving the problem, he only manages to tell me there are no other rooms, good night! In summary, total inefficiency in managing a technical problem, no attention towards the customer (they could have at least brought me a light or something similar that would circumvent the problem), to stay in the room I had to use the cell phone light, FORGET IT!!
