This agriturismo had some issues. First of all, it is more like a hotel than other agriturismos we have stayed at. There is a restaurant on site and the service is rather impersonal. The decor of the room was nice and it was clean and comfortable. We had issues with the bathroom because there was only one small glass shelf and it was tipped slightly down, such that it was difficult to put anything on it without sliding off. The staff who we interacted with was helpful but she clearly was overworked. For example we had to wait about 30' to be checked in, and we were the only customers waiting, because she was so busy in the restaurant. Another element to consider, is that there are archers roaming the grounds and it might not be best to have small children running around. There is also not a good place to store bicycles on site, though it is probably very safe.

A beautiful peaceful place to stay in the middle of rolling countryside but only a few minutes from Bologna and major routes. We stayed en route from UK to Crete and will definitely choose this Hotel again. We received a very warm welcome and the rooms were large and very comfortable, We travelled with two dogs who were made very welcome and the surrounding countryside was perfect for walking them. Sadly the restaurant was not open the evening we stayed but we found a good restaurant in the nearby town just a few minutes drive away and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

Enchanting view, we had an aperitif, my wife and daughter and I, surrounded by greenery. We had dinner in the farmhouse restaurant and it was all good. From crescentine as an appetizer to the second course, Petronian cutlet and sliced beef with herbs. The wine, a bottled Merlot, is excellent. The chocolate cake is excellent. Although the room was spacious, I took it for four people even though there were three of us, it did not have mosquito nets, it was impossible to open the windows in the evening due to the presence of mosquitoes and other insects. The air conditioner didn't work, only hot air came out and it was unbearably hot. Sleepless night. A suggestion that I would like to give to the owners of the structure is to remove the railing in front of the window which covers all the beautiful panorama visible from the bedroom. As for breakfast I have to say that I expected something better. The desserts were delicious, the savory ones I must say that I was expecting local products and not the classic packaged raw ham and thin slices like cheese and scrambled eggs.

Nice place, terrible welcome, Mr Andrea proved to be non-inclusive towards children with disabilities (the facility was informed of the presence of disabled people). Inaccurate vs agreed management: rooms not ready arriving, 2nd room for psychologists not available arriving then resolved, cost calculations modified then resolved. Farmhouse with fabulous views of the Bolognese Hills. The room was spacious and quite clean. The bathroom has a beautiful window overlooking the garden, but for personal taste I prefer the shower to the bathtub. Breakfast with quality homemade cakes, however quite poor and not a buffet. The price is slightly high.

Beautiful farmhouse located in an enchanting place among the Bolognese hills. Very helpful and kind staff, ready to resolve any inconvenience. Excellent and plentiful breakfast with homemade and therefore truly genuine products. I just recommend putting a few more hangers in the room.
