While doing the path between Bologna and Florence this was day 2. Great people ,top quality meals at night and pick up by nona in her 80s Couldn’t fault this place and the female owner made the best sandwiches, for the picnic for the following day, of our whole trip. Wish my wife was this good.

Great place to stopover for Degli Dei. Friendly staff and great food. Beautiful setting. Nice rooms. Close to Sasso Marconi. Owner cooks the food for dinner herself and is absolutely superb. Really nice experience.

Although "Locanda Dei Cinque Cerri" is not on the Via degli Dei hike path itself, the owner/staff will pick you up and deliver you back to the path by car. For hikers this is a very luxurious where the lovey staff will make your stay is extremely pleasant in the very well kept hotel with an excellent cuisine. Also the rich breakfast and pickick made sure the 27 km hike the next day went smooth. A wonderful place to stay and enjoy the garden while recuperating from long hikes!

We stayed here whilst walking the Via Degli Dei. The location us fine for it, just need to do a little detour. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night because i would’ve loved to stay here much longer. The rooms make you feel like a royal, so beautifully decorated and the food (dinner and breakfast) is delicious and a real surprise, also very accessible for vegetarians. The hotel is hosted by the kindest owner! All in all, i would love to come back here some time.

Recensione sul ristorante e non sulla locanda. Accoglienza Gentile , location bella all’estero con ampio parcheggio (anche se con vista sulla rumorosa autostrada sottostante) sala piccola e con solo due piccole finestre , faticavo a parlare con la mia compagna al tavolo dalla confusione che facevano agli altri tavoli. Cameriere Gentile ma disattento (abbiamo chiesto acqua naturale a temperatura ambiente e l’abbiamo ricevuta da frigo , abbiamo ordinato primi e secondi e dopo i primi ci ha chiesto una volta se volevamo qualche dolce , dopo poco se volevamo i caffè…) , qualità del cibo mediocre , non cattiva , ma da una locanda sui colli bolognesi mi aspettavo molto di più. Il tipico albergo che adoro. È una piccola struttura- all'interno di un'ampia tenuta - che si compone dell'edificio con le camere e di quello con la hall ("sconsiglio" di sedersi sui divani del salottino all'ingresso, perché c'è il rischio di non volersi più alzare) e la sala colazione - cena. All'arrivo abbiamo subito cenato sfruttando il menù ospiti. Due primi e due secondi a scelta. Mia moglie ed io abbiamo scelto pappardelle alla bolognese e una locale pasta corta all'uovo fatta in casa con ragù di salsiccia. Buonissimi, semplici e leggeri entrambi. A seguire un tagliere di salumi prodotti da un salumificio locale pluripremiato. Dolce (ottimo) in chiusura. Stanza silenziosa (ah che bello gli scuri che la mattina non fanno entrare luce se li chiudi), letto comodo. Tutto molto pulito ed arredato con sobrio gusto "da bella locanda". Colazione all'altezza della cena. Al momento della prenotazione avevamo chiesto latte e yogurt senza lattosio e così è stato (non è banale visto che spesso alla richiesta dicono di si e poi ci fanno trovare il latte di soia). Svariate torte tutte artigianali e molto buone. Impagabile è la vicinanza all'uscita di Sasso Marconi della A1. Tre minuti reali dal casello La titolare è una gentilissima signora la cui premura nell'accoglierti è pari alla sua descrizione nel farlo.

La struttura si presentava in condizioni insoddisfacenti: la stanza era obsoleta e completamente inaccessibile per chi utilizza una sedia a rotelle, rendendo impossibile raggiungerla dal parcheggio. Inoltre, l’intera struttura appariva poco pulita e mancava persino la maniglia sulla porta principale. Di fronte a questa situazione generale di incuria, ho deciso di non soggiornare e di lasciare la stanza, ma mi è stato comunque addebitato un costo di 50 euro. Ho preferito anche evitare di cenare presso la struttura. Stateci alla larga!

Struttura posizionata a una manciata di minuti dal casello di Sasso Marconi, con parcheggio. Camere accoglienti in un contesto silenzioso a tu per tu con la natura. Purtroppo, come mi è stato riferito dalla proprietaria, da pochi mesi non offre più il ristorante, ma in zona altre opzioni per mangiare non mancano. Consigliato.
