This has been such a wonderful stay! The hotel staff were so polite and friendly in every interaction. Dana, one of the receptionists, added me on WeChat at check-in and messaged to ask if there was anything we needed each day of our stay! (My Chinese speaking skills are not great.) The room was very clean and our balcony overlooked the pool. The breakfast buffet offered many options. The hot springs were very relaxing and there were many outdoor pools of varying temperatures, so it did not feel crowded at all. There's a wonderful 'park' about a five minute walk up the hill with a hiking trail that leads to the top of a hill/small mountain and offers a beautiful view. Very peaceful and relaxing. There are a number of hammocks and swings on the way to the viewpoint. There are also other places to walk, nice viewpoints, what looked to be an obstacle course, a pink sand area, and more at the 'park.' We chose to eat our dinners at nearby restaurants - there is one affordable lakefront restaurant about a fifteen minute walk down the hill that we liked a lot. The hotel has several golf carts that depart/arrive from the lobby entrance if you want them to take you to the hot springs or the restaurants area. You can call the hotel and they'll come pick you up as well. Although this hotel is not close to the main Xishuangbanna tourist attractions, it is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for fantastic service, beautiful facilities, and a relaxing trip. I would absolutely stay here again!

All solid wood is high-grade, and the room is as clean as a chain hotel. 3. The breakfast is also rich in taste, with everything you should have, like boiled eggs and rice noodles. 4. Full of details, such as smart appliances, free milk and fruit every day, and tea sets for making tea. Personally, I think the price is very high, very satisfied! I have lived in a villa in Mengbala Resort before, it was too deserted, so I will choose this one in the future.

During the Spring Festival, I traveled to Xishuangbanna by car. I booked a hotel late. The hotel near the Banna scenic spot was full. I had to book this hotel. Due to the itinerary, I checked in for two days at the end of the first night. The three rooms had a room with a bathroom area of water. Due to the late stay, The room can't change the room, just have a will, the next day, the front desk asked if you can change a room, the front desk staff said that you can't change, the front desk asked the front desk to clean the bathroom water, and must change the bedding (the bedding in the room was found the night before the night when I checked in, there was hair and dirt, etc., hey! I dare not think much about whether to clean and change the bedding thoroughly before check-in) Due to the travel itinerary, I returned to the hotel late at night. I was disappointed that the hotel did not replace the clean bedding. I considered the New Year and the time was late. I didn't bother the hotel staff to deal with it. A hotel that will be able to live in. Where you haven't been, search for the hotel booked online, don't say anything else, at least clean. Of course, I still thank the store staff for waiting for us to check in later. I hope the store will improve and let the guests have a clean and basic stay experience!

Everywhere is great! ! The homestay confirmed the location with me one day in advance. When I arrived, I introduced where to go for fun, where to eat, and reminded me that I could bring an extra set of clothes to take pictures. It was really kind. The room facilities are complete, the bedding and decoration are comparable to five-star hotels, and the price-performance ratio is comparable to that near Gaozhuang! The only downside is that there is little hot water, and it is a bit cold for washing. Haha, but Menghai Resort is really beautiful, if it is not in a hurry to return the car, I really want to stay for a few more days. I will live here again next time!

居住一室一廳很寬敞，各種配備及用品質量不錯，洗髮沐浴液品質高，還配體油。大廳古色古香很漂漂亮，酒店處處可見衞生工作日記記錄，小區房酒店管理，特別是温泉水很好還通房間，舒適又方便。衹是提條意見，初觀有考虐老年人出行，大門大廳不應該有門坎，我們70歲提箱子太費勁還容易傷腰，建議在幾個門坎鋪小跳板…，不破壞原味又解決拉行李問題，在沒有解決前前廳幫助解決。

I booked 2 rooms with my friend. It was difficult to decide during the spring tea season. The floor of her house seemed to be remade. It looked so cozy and the room was as clean and tidy as before.

The environment of this place in Bohai, The facilities are really very, very good (we went to see three bigger hotels before the reservation, not satisfied) anyway, the environment and the price are really good.
