首先還不錯的是房間床鋪還可以，廁所寬敞。
但除此之外基本上體驗感極差，因為是組團遊，酒店接待在得知我們大巴卡在外面之後很久都不過來，而且到了酒店之後發現沒有電梯，前台招待也生意愛做不做的樣子，就那麼兩個人忙都忙不過來，箱子很重也沒人幫忙拎。
再一點就是浴室的淋浴水一冷一熱，洗澡愣是調不出合適水温，一下子快把人燙熟了一下子又涼的要死。
廁所洗漱台的那些一次性用具應該也是很久沒更換或者沒人使用了，打開肥皂的時候肥皂都是碎成一粒一粒的跟變質不凝固了一樣。
酒店就一台洗衣機，按道理來説四星級吧，不至於如此寒酸就一台洗衣機還是放在接待廳的外面，沒烘乾機，也不知道幹不乾淨反正沒用，怪膈應的。
沒啥其他好説的，早餐味道確實不錯，但完全沒必要為了那碗米線住在這住一晚。再者就是接待真的很差，早上準備退房的時候前台連人都沒有😅😅😅
（氣得我都沒拍照，大晚上的入住大早的就走了，反正各位自己權衡，別花冤枉錢）

酒店位置很好，就在度假區內，負氧離子很高。裏面的衞生也特別的好，都是用消毒液洗過的東西，東西也相對較新，用的洗漱用品也都是品牌的，衞生間還有地暖，停車很方便。
但是房間裏沒有電梯，從大門到三樓要走四層的樓梯
，服務態度特別差，不會幫你拿行李，我拿的是兩個28寸行李箱。如果自己有車的話，不建議在那吃早餐，早餐太差了，可以自己選擇開車出去吃。

在勐巴拉國際度假村內的別墅區37～39棟，環境好，陽光足。泰式裝修不錯，門口有大灰象，有種青色的象眼樹好看。早餐簡單，就是中晚餐不便利。每天喝曬乾的未加工過的純天然茶葉不錯，送水果。大門口樓梯的兩邊露天喝茶曬太陽，設計巧妙！房間多面采陽光，住的是303，沒電梯，南西的窗户，陽氣足！衞生間大，雙洗手池方便，人蔘香皂好，洗浴產品不好，要是一次性小瓶子比如歐舒丹的就好了！有浴缸，出水是淡淡天藍色的，舒服。露天搽青草膏最好，我右胳膊肘處和左臉被咬了大包。
