Great location, easy walk to Beale Street. Room was very clean. Duck Parade is a must. Will definitely stay here again.

Lobby and Ducks are nice. Outside of that don't expect much. They rave about being known as the “South's Grand Hotel,” but southern hospitality has been lost at the Peabody. Our room did not have heat with the temperature outside in the 20s. Requested extra blankets, brought sheets. Then switched unit to only heat. So, you either get 50 degrees or 77 degrees per the engineer. Additionally, bathtub water was brown when we tried to run a bath. Finally, several people in our group also mentioned the walls and how you could hear conversations in the rooms next to them. Our room was at the far end, so it was not as bad. Spoke to front desk and was promised manager would contact me on my cell. Home now, still no call...

I love hotels like the Peabody. The history, charm, the ducks, one of the great hotels of the south. Iconic hotel and people are thrilled to be there. I went with my parents and it was our base to do some Elvis stuff. There are two in-house restaurants. Chez Phillipes looked super expensive so we went to the Carpriccio Grill once for breakfast and twice for dinner and was never disappointed. We used the corner bar happy hour and the main classic bar where we got yapping with some local folk. Staff all friendly. I do have a recommendation though. There are no coffee/tea machines in the hotel rooms. Free coffee 6am-9am in the deli downstairs. But the deli is super busy 7:30am-9am and under-staffed and then you have every one rushing into a fairly narrow room for the free coffee. Find a way of getting that free coffee out of that room because it creates a bottleneck.

We loved the Peabody, the history in this hotel is so interesting. A must do is the history tour of the hotel. We were lucky to have Doug Weatherford the duck master whose passion for the hotel is so clear. Thank god the family Belz acquired and restored this hotel it’s a unique experience.

This historic hotel is just awesome. Walking distance to Beale and so many great restaurants. The staff here exude excellent customer service skills. The hospitality here is hard to beat. The rooms are large and very clean and quiet. Great value for upscale service with very reasonably priced rooms.

We stopped at The Peabody to see the ducks of course. We sat at the bar in the lobby by the duck fountain. It’s so cute to see them and the bar and the hotel are amazing. The ducks did not disappoint! We also went to the roof to see their 200 thousand dollar home. They are indeed lucky ducks

It's an absolutely gorgeous hotel. All the staff were friendly and inviting. Loved all the shops there inside. Our room was very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the duck March from the Lobby Bar. Had tea on Sunday afternoon and it was a pure delight. Great overall experience
