Convenient location. Carparking costs extra. Spa was a perfect temperature. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Dishwasher was handy.

The service at the hotel was friendly, but the standard, accepting that it is a low cost hotel was below what I was expecting… all furniture has chips of paint missing and the couch and curtains have noticeable small rips, general discolouration and just a general worn down look. The bathroom and kitchen especially could do with a really deep clean… just some extra attention to washing down walls and nooks and crannies on top of the standard check out wipe over to actually make it appear more than surface clean… It’s really the small things; to provide 5 small bottles of shampoo and not conditioner, (asked the cleaners and they said no conditioner is issued) but claim to provide toiletries… no hairdryer, only 2 towels for one person for 2 nights; to provide a clothes washer but not laundry liquid to wash your clothes… but 6 tablets for the dishwasher? Odd choices that all added to my unwillingness to stay at this hotel again or recommend it. I did enjoy the gym also the locations proximity to Aldi for clothes washing liquid, conditioner, and cleaning wipes so i could feel comfortable sitting in a dirty room..

Great location, good apartment. A little cold but not too bad.

Unit is awesome. Simple and neat. TV and Wifi available. Highlight of the stay is the washing machine with built in dryer. And there is a mini balcony to enjoy the view and take a fresh breather in the morning.

We had a great time 🤗 They got our booking as 4 adults instead of 2 adults and 4 kids but they transferred us to a bigger apartment on the same level as soon as we told them.. One of the staff member that was actually cleaning one of the rooms came & helped us move the TV that had a better connection from our old apartment into our new one which was right next door. On our last night, my son & I went to the front reception to change our keys as it wasn't working properly and they apologized and got us to check out at 12pm instead of 10am. Staff members were very friendly & helpful which was a bonus. The place itself is not too bad but having Aldi right next door was another bonus 👍 Thanks Milano for having us 😊 Overall it was a great experience for our first time in the Melbourne City 😀

Very good location and good service. Just a little bit noisy in the evening because of the construction downstairs.

The location is great to be closed to the free tram zone. Aldi is downstairs although we didn’t go. Clean and cozy place. The only thing is aircon is only in the living room. Can’t choose much with this price I guess. 😬

Very good quality Room, immaculately clean if somewhat small. The location is fantastic and if you can get it for the price that I did then it’s very much worth it. wasn’t able to use the facilities. Pretty good quality standard hotel that’s excellent for one to 2 nights.

Milano Serviced Appartments was an excellent place to stay! Our room was clean, comfortable, modern and had everything we needed. The pool and sauna were also well kept and very easily accessed. Parking was available and well accommodated. Would stay again, thank you!

We booked the Milano Serviced Apartment but was put to another building round the corner. The unit assigned to us was a bit rundown and our first day was a bad experience. There was no hot water and it's winter time. We were a bit panicky and luckily Peter (the reception cum service staff) helped to resolve the issue. But again, each time before we shower, we have to let the tap run for awhile (about 5 to 10 minutes) before the hot water is available. There's a washing machine cum dryer but the dryer doesn't really work. Of the two rooms, only one room has a heater but luckily two of us are fine without the heater so it worked out. All in all, we still have a great time staying at the apartment.

Address given online didn't take us there, phoned reception and she couldn't help over the phone. Repeated the first number of the address so 550 which didn't take us there, number was 50. Asked for help with trams etc and she was no help to make our way around Melbourne while we were staying. We were a bed short because the sofa was broken. The reception lady told me we hadn't booked for those 2 kids. I had a receipt clearly showing we booked correctly. No apology given. Mattress they tried to give us after I told them it needs to be sorted didn't look great, so we didn't use it. Kids ended up bunking in together. Parking is shocking. She told me there was a 5 minute drop off bay at the front, due to roadworks we couldn't get there and all other areas were taken. Parked at Aldi and paid $5 to check in. Car park for the hotel is expensive also, and not the best to drive around in. Mould in the shower area, no fan to use in the bathroom either.

A machine noising all night long besides room, you will not get a good sleep after long day travel
