The location of the hotel is good in CDB to Southern Cross Trian Station within 15 mins by free tram and 40 mins to Melbourne Airport by Skybus. The housekeeping service is provided every day but there is no teethbrush, I strongly recommend to bring it before check in.

It was right in the middle of everything. Nice room and clean! Issue was we stayed over on a saturday night and was very noisy because of the club beside from 9pm till morning. I did not know about it until I got to the hotel. It is mentioned on their website anyhow.

Friendly staff, great location, just take about 8 mins walk to shopping mall or restaurants. If too lazy to go, you can also take tram (without cost in the free tram zone). Recommended!

The hotel is very nice. The cleaning service is the best. The room was very clean and tidy, very spacious. The aircon in the room is working very good. The receptionist is helpful and friendly.

We booked for 3 days for the tennis AO the room was small but sufficient for sleeping the hotel is old and a little tired but ok for just sleeping the outside window was fixed and posted for privacy which was disappointing making you feel closed in no meals or any other luxuries which is reflected in the price

I really love the hotel. Staff were really nice. Avilable 24/7 greeted you so warmly and nicely. Near the city everything on top. Will stay every time if i’m going to melb.

I have stayed for 3 nights. Almost it is a perfect trip, however on the Saturday night there is very extremely noise from the adjacent club. We cannot sleep until 5 am. All are very nice, the room and reception. Thanks you all.

Good location with great service. However, there's a night club at downstairs. It's very hard to fall asleep at night. You almost can feel the building shaking.
