Situated within the free tram zone, stations are just downstairs if not within a quick walk. The king bed room is large and spacious for easy packing and unpacking. It is new and clean that is the carpet has no smell. It is near Chinatown as well. The location is perfect next to great shopping malls, food options and transport services. They do not provide toothbrushes and room slippers for eco reasons. Check in was fast and smooth. There’s a water station on my floor to get a jug of still or sparkling water.

Very spacious room in a very good location right next to Chinatown.
No bottle inside the room but you get to have a refill outside your room.
Pls note that they don’t do housekeeping after 5pm! And during our stay they couldn’t do housekeeping some day in exchange of a fee bottle of red, white wine or champagne

Love the hotel stay so much!
It was clean, and staff were friendly. They could assist with any queries on traveling around the city.
The location is very convenient, walking distance to any malls and f&b.
The only bad thing is the hotel is located right in the busy area of the city, hence could hear some noises from the streets.

Great location in the middle of the CBD. Rooms, while small are relatively clean. Amenities are mostly on request which is a nuisance.

This is the funniest Pullman hotel I've ever stayed in. It's small and I can't believe this is the Pullman hotel I've stayed in several times in China before.
The orientation of the hotel room is also very bad. You can see the walls of other houses and the light is relatively dim.
The breakfast is OK, and the front desk service is OK.

Very satisfied, I will stay here again next time. It was my first time in Melbourne, Australia, so I searched on Xiaohongshu. Fortunately, I was not disappointed. The biggest advantage is the convenient transportation and it is in the city center.

The two beds are big and convenient for bringing children. I brought my own slippers. There is drinking water in the corridor, and there are three options: room temperature, ice water, and sparkling water. Cleaning is done every day, and two boxes of milk are provided. And the location is super good. If you are tired of shopping or buying too much, you can go back to the hotel to rest at any time. I didn't enjoy any special services or use the restaurant, but my family is still very satisfied. I will consider staying here again when I go to Mo Village in the future.
