General very good hotel at Melbourne CBD. Breakfast options not so much

Good location, a clean and quiet room, and services are no ce.

My 1 day stay at Hotel Savoy Little Collins was unfortunately too short and I did not get to fully experience the room, which was spacious and comfortable. The decor was minimalistic but worked well with the room’s architectural design. Staff were friendly and the hotel was conveniently located opposite Southern Cross station. I appreciated that there were many restaurants and cafes nearby. I left early next morning so I was unable to sample the buffet breakfast.

This hotel is superb in terms of its location, this is just right opposite to the main train station and the airport bus station, which is just 20mins away from MeL airport, regarding on its location, nothing can ask for more. However for the amenities mentioned in the rating, we have requested to refill the fixed conditioner / shampoo/ shower gel bottle inside the shower area every morning, but until we check out, still no any refill, we have to simply use our own one, you May question why don’t we contact for front desk demandingly for the refill, you needa understand no one would like to waste any time n effort to deal with that stupid thing after a long day, but i have to point out i that, if a hotel could not handle the request promptly, this is a disgrace honestly. It is nonsense for a customer to keep on the request every morning

Hotel is in a great location close to train station and trams. Very clean petite hotel. Buffet breakfast was ok but could of had a little more variety. Overall our stay was great and hotel was clean and friendly

Hôtel réception team were very warm and friendly . The room was a little small and musty but overall it was a good stay. Location was right by the train station and tram spots but for me, prefer to stay slightly closer to the main shopping precinct .

The location is super, just opposite the southern cross station, and the service is very good. The room decoration is also good, and it can retain the classic atmosphere of the original hotel. The water pressure in the shower was sufficient, and it was a comfortable night!

Compared with famous international hotel brands, this one is a little unknown. I was pleasantly surprised after checking in. The hotel has gorgeous, exquisite and retro decorations for such an affordable price. The building is a century-old building. I booked a large corner room with windows on four sides. The night view of the Southern Cross Railway Station is very beautiful. The room is large and comfortable. The bathroom products are hunter lab. This brand is a big surprise. The experience is very good, especially the shower gel, which makes me want to buy it directly (some M international really has it). The quilt provided in the room is thin, and I asked for a blanket, which is very thick. The location is just opposite the train station. There are also 96 and 86 trams not far from the door, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that it is close to the train station and it is a bit noisy in the morning. The room is not proactive in delivering mineral water and milk every day. I have to call to urge them before they give it.
