Noisy in master bedroom that can’t rest & sleep in master bedroom

Horrifying housekeeping , so inconsiderate , haphazard cleaning until we had to call the several times reminding them . Dissapointing !

Good location. Hotel looks old and need to renovate. Furnitures need to replace.

The location is good. It is convenient to take the tram and there are shopping facilities right next door. It is great for travelers because there is a washing machine. The facilities are a little bit outdated than I expected.

The room is as good as ever. It has been almost 10 years. Every time I come to Melbourne, I stay in this hotel. The room type is reasonable. The kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom are all independent, and there is a washing machine. I really feel at home!
