Good location of hotel but room we got was back side with no good view. Customer support was not good and too much time waste at the check in . They should improve on this .

Very convenient next to the train station and staff that speaks English. The hotel is a little older, but offered all necessities for a short stay.

Great location next to the train station. Room was very comfortable and has good facilities but is a little dated. Overall good price and nice place to stay for a night or two.

The bed was very good, soft and warm as desired. Although the room was small, it was not a problem for us. The bathroom was shared and clean. It was not to the point of being untidy. It was very okay. I will definitely go back. 🤍

Good location, very close to the station. You can walk to Matsumoto Castle and the City Art Museum. Although the house is old, it has everything you need and the quality is good. We chose the Japanese breakfast set, which is very rich, and you can add curry rice, natto and various drinks.
