"Hotel extremamente bem localizado. Estrutura excelente, limpo, novo. Poucos quartos o que dá a sensação de exclusividade. Staff educado e gentil.
Antes de chegar tive dúvidas mas, pelo contato de WhatsApp, a Elisabetta muito gentil me ajudou desde explicando onde poderia estacionar meu carro fora do centro histórico. E durante minha estadia me aconselhando onde almoçar ou jantar. Recomendo muito este hotel."

"Very enjoyable stay. Lovely staff. Nice coffee and breakfast though quite simple. Would have liked some fresh orange juice in the morning rather than the cheap from concentrate stuff. Very happy on the whole though.
On the whole good value for money for the sleeping in a cave house type place in Matera.
Extra marks for the hotels dog Peggy who is adorable :D"

"Very comfortable stay in Matera - 10min walking till historical center, easy communication through WhatsApp, Nicolas is very kind and friendly host. Room is worm and clean, breakfast with coffee, crisps, jams, croissants, yogurts. Reasonable price. I definitely recommend."

"酒店距離馬泰拉古城很近，步行就可以到，周邊就可以停車。早餐會給餐券去古城裡吃。酒店算民宿，所以需要提前一天自助入住獲取密碼，由於平台把我的郵箱給錯了，導致民宿小姐姐給我一直髮消息都沒有收到。最後我們到了民宿門口才知道要自助辦理，小姐姐大概15min左右後趕到，還一直解釋和道歉，服務態度挺好的。房間也比較衞生乾淨，推薦"

RRowena Yin TingA nice boutique hotel with friendly staff at a good location with restaurants nearby. We booked two rooms - the room on 2nd floor is good but the one on ground floor smells a bit of mould. Perhaps because it’s inside a cave. Breakfast choice is limited with fruits, toast with tomatoes, and cakes. You can order boiled or scrambled eggs as this is the only hot food they serve. We are fine with that but more as fyi.

MmlenitskayaThis is probably the best hotel in Matera based on what we read before traveling. The service is exceptional , very helpful and friendly staff. The room is spacious, very clean and cozy. We had a small balcony with a very nice room. The restaurant that was recommended to us was also amazing. Highly recommend!

Room is large but toliet wall was very bad maintain and dirty. Selfs and table.has ants. The overall was fine but need some improvement on the bathroom wall. Same cost of bookings, some rooms are big, some are small.

GGuest UserLocated in the heart of Matera, which means you can’t get there by car, but the views and the room made up for the challenge of getting to it. Everyone was very professional. The room was large, clean and suited our needs. It felt like we were staying in someone’s mansion.

GGuest UserEverything is good about this hotel. Breakfast is the best in my two weeks Italy trip. Just one suggestion: please ask for a shuttle at the parking if you drive to Matera. Otherwise it is hard to walk there with luggage and you will easily lost in similar small roads.

The only thing that disappointed was the breakfast, or rather the lack of it. 2 store-bought croissants and milk with muesli. Tea bags are also included in the bill, exactly two pieces), in general, we went to have breakfast in a cafe. And also note that when checking in, in addition to the cost of the hotel, they charged us another 66 euros, I did not understand why, I did not try to figure it out, but suddenly it is important to someone.

GGuest UserWorst experience in staying in independent accommodation. Left in the rain for 1 hour. Tried 18 calls not answered A very unpleasant man turned up and yelled at us in Italian. We felt very intimidated. When we went out we believe someone entered the room and turned off all lights and heating.
Nice room but it’s in an apartment not a hotel like pictures make you believe. Next morning 1/2 hour before check out we returned back and the angry man was waiting for us. Yelling about lights left on. This was a small bathroom light we’d missed when we went for a walk. He virtually threw us out of the hotel. Standing in front of the bedroom window making us very uncomfortable. Very very unpleasant stay.
