As soon as you go into the revolving door you are hit by a clean fresh sent. The hotel downstairs feels modern and clean. Check in was quick and easy and we got a free complementary cocktail each as it was our first time staying at Moxy. Our room was brilliant with motion lighting under the bed and switches at the bed side for other soft lights. The view of the lake and fountain was great. Perfect location to the NEC Birmingham and across the lake you have lots of eateries. We would stay here again if ever going to the NEC.

Hotel location is good, but no Novotel is close to the airport. Novotel is walking at the door of the airport glass door for a minute. Hotel very convenient to NEC. Also had EV chargers which was extremely helpful and we could leave the car parked until we finished at the show the following day after check out for £15. Breakfast options including vegetarian if asked for.

The decoration style of the Crowne Plaza Hotel is consistent. Since we are going to the exhibition, we are very close to the nec exhibition center and it takes 10 minutes to walk.
