This is the first hostel where I stayed that hasn't tried to cramp in as many beds as possible in one room. Hence, the rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. They have at least two bathrooms and one toilet. Everything is kept very clean, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the hostel has a very nice location.
Thank you for making my stay in M****ille pleasurable.

Recently stayed here at 50Euro per night, The hotel is located a stone's throw away from Vieux-Port in a side street, hence giving you access to town centre, the metro. With a tiny and almost hidden entrance the hotel, its easy to miss. From the rooms you can hear the hustle and bustle even at night however I like this kind of sound and slept with the windows open. The staff were absolutely fantastic (thanks to the 2 gentlemen and 1 lady) and was manned 24 hours per day. The rooms itself are small and quite basic, and not suited to families, but for single or couples looking for a place to stay. You would consider this a budget hotel without any luxuries at 50 Euro at night, id say its fair value. Thanks for the great stay, staff and location made it great

Leave a reference for everyone. It is right next to the port. You can walk to the port in a few minutes. The facilities are a bit old and I feel that there are many people nearby. The local shops close early and the first floor is full of iron gates. I heard that it is a relatively safe place to stay for one night. The port view is still possible.

Decent hotel for a 3 star located near the Perrier metro station, a City crossroads right next to 7/7. The place is clean but not perfect (the corners are not done) small kitchen area with mismatched dishes, kettle but no coffee machine. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are well heated. Staff available

Although our stay was fine, we had a very bad experience. My brother-in-law forgot his tablet in his room. He had left it on the floor near the wall and in the morning upon drawing the curtains open the tablet was hidden behind so he didn't see it. Arriving in our next hotel destination (Villeneuve-Loubet) he realized the tablet was left in Toyoko-Inn. He immediately called the hotel and the security guy told him no tablet was found. He went to personally check the room that happened to be empty as no guest was in that room that night. He then told my brother-in-law he didn't find anything. We called the hotel again the following day and we got the same answer. We sent an e-mail to the hotel manager only to get the same answer. Since there was no other guest in that room it seems that only people from the hotel entered it. We can not believe a tablet can vanish without a human intervention so we suspect that somebody from the hotel found it but didn't deliver it to the reception. This matter ruined the remaining days of our vacation and left a bitter taste in our mouths. I sent a complaint to the Tourism Office in M****illes but they couldn't answer me as they are on public holidays! So, if you stay in that hotel double and triple check your room before you leave because if something valuable is forgotten it's more than certain it won't be recovered or compensated.

Sonia Jebsen

Outstanding
BBINIt is within walking distance of all major attractions and is fully equipped and convenient. have to be aware of is: 1. The location marked in the room and the check-in are not the same location, but on the back of Rue Vacon Street. See the drawing, I hope that the next time Ctrip can make a note, although it is the listing of booking. 2. We live on the second floor, 2nd floor, actually the third floor. If there is no elevator, the weight of the baggage needs to be considered. 3. Regarding parking, there is one next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The guide is 15 Euros a night. This depends on the specific time period. From the drawing, everyone can understand the parking rate. We stopped for about 22 hours on the first day, and paid the top 31.7 euros. The next day is 9:00 in the morning. Leave and pay about 22 euros. 4. Regarding the pre-authorization deduction, they usually return at 4 pm on the day of departure, plus the bank's operating time, it may take 2-3 days to arrive. We are showing pictures of the check-out, I hope to return immediately. The staff asked if the room had extra consumption and immediately retired.
GGuest UserReally nice! I loved how you can have your own space by closing the curtain. The beds didn't make any noise or movements when you climb into the upper bed. Maybe a small improvement: sign for where the reception/checkin is or some arrows. Overall had a nice stay, very cozy place and clean and good working services
PPoodleOBaileyThe InterContinental M****ille is undoubtedly the best luxury hotel in M****ille. Housed in a converted historical hospital, it offers a unique and charming ambiance. The breakfast served at the Terrace boasts breathtaking views and includes delicious freshly made waffles and refreshing orange juice. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the beds are luxuriously comfortable. However, upon our late arrival at 11pm, we were disappointed to find only cold sandwiches available for room service.
GGuest UserMy partner and I are staying in this hotel tonight (17Sep) The good. New hotel, feels clean and fresh. Nice airy lobby / reception area. Small pool but clean and inviting. Really friendly staff, I’ve asked for slippers and bucket of ice, delivered to our room within minutes with a smile. Thank you🌸 Underground car park, very convenient, but expensive. Bad: Our room ( no 814) has a very strange layout. The bathroom is “split” in half. Toilet is located separately by the door and the other “part of the bathroom” sink and shower is located on the other side of the room. Separate toilet has NO sink, so every time we use toilet we have to walk to the other side of the room to wash hands - unpractical, illogical and dead annoying. Very limited room service menu, very few dishes, no wine, no champi. The area - really dirty, rubbish on the street, noise from nearby apartment blocks. All in all - okay’ish for 1-2 nights not longer.
GGuest UserPrice is quite reasonable with quality breakfast and facilities. Location is very good. Near to city centre. Parking fee is not bad. But the hotel is very busy. No bath and hand wash gel for both of my two rooms, even I went to the reception to request, they marked the problem but finally ignored which made me a bit disappointed.
MMiko_jiangThe location is very good 👍 It is very close to the train station and Marseille Port, and you can walk there~ Maybe the rooms are full and I was not given a chance to check in early, but I can store my luggage for free
The hotel-style apartment has a large room with two doors. The safety is relatively good~ Because I had to catch an early train, I needed to have breakfast early. After telling the person at the front desk the night before, I had it smoothly the next day. Breakfast caught up with the train
GGuest UserLocation wise the hotel is just two or three minutes walk from the Colbert Metro Station or maybe 14 minutes walk from the main St Charles railway station. It is also only about five to seven minutes walk from the main tourist area down by the port. Obviously not the fault of the hotel but the street it is on it heavy with graffiti, there was smell of urine and hobos sleeping nearby. That might sound nasty, but it's just a fact. Check-in was simple and quick and the lobby is OK if you like looking at a piano covered in faux graffiti. All rather tacky and blingy looking. Bedroom was OK if you like decor in purple and vinyl light blue covered chairs in your room. No proper desk for computer use although you can use a small table and stool. Wifi connection was good. Air-conditioning worked. Bathroom acceptable although the 'open' toilet brush holder could surely be improved upon. Hairdryer provided but you can't use it in the bathroom as there is no plug point for a hair dryer. It can however be used in the hallway. Carpet was dirty. I thought at first it was maybe just our room but upon stepping out into the corridor there was dirt and dust everywhere, especially along the sides by the skirting boards. The cleaners main corridor door was often left open letting guests see inside the cleaners store room area. Breakfast was good. In fact, most of it was better than good. Comprehensive selection of breads and croissants/pastries, cheeses, hams, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, coffee machines and scrambled egg. The fallafel was also a great thing which I hadn't expected. Not so good were the burnt sausages and the very fatty/oily streaky bacon each morning. But overall, a good variety and enjoyable. Would we return? Probably not. The hotel really needs to do something to clean the carpets in the corridors properly and to get new toilet brush holders in the rooms. Very off-putting.
GGuest UserDespite other reviews, I have to note that staff was helpful (even in English, as I don't speak French). The apartment was spacious and has everything you might need for a short stay. It's located across the train station, however for a newcomer it's not that easy to reach it, you need to walk at least 10 minutes (if you're lucky and don't take a wrong turn). The apartment seemed clean at first sight, however there was dust in many places and the air-condition had a cigarette odor. Cleanliness is not the hotel's strong suit, as they tell you than they only clean the room after a week's stay (if you manage to stay there that long), they give you clean towels at an extra cost and they expect you to take down the garbage yourself (!). Combine this with the area's (next to the train station) lack of cleanliness and you get the picture. The bed was terrible, I had asked for a double bed and they stuck two single beds together.....Pillows were too soft. Breakfast was mediocre, with very few and low quality choices, the breakfast room was too small. In conclusion, the price I paid was way too much for what it had to offer. Hopefully, I only had to stay there for one night.
MMaosenThe staff at the front desk of the hotel are very friendly, and the check-in and check-out speed is also very fast. The location is good, and it is less than ten minutes' walk from the subway station in the picture. The room is also very clean, suitable in size and has a private bathroom. The best thing is that there is an open kitchen in the room, and the tableware is also very complete.
Hotel very well located right next to the Perrier metro exit and 10 minutes walk from the Orange Vélodrome stadium. Several restaurants are nearby. The welcome was perfect, the hotel is clean and quiet. We will come back during our next match or weekend in Marseille.
