There is no airport shuttle bus at the apartment hotel, but there is a reservation at the time of booking. Finally, it is confirmed by Ctrip and the hotel that there is really no reservation service. I told the waiter that at 9 o'clock the next morning, they came to help me carry the box down the stairs and hand over the keys. As a result, no one came at 9:25, no one answered the hotel, and finally gave the key. She is locked in the house. The tour guide who picked me up in the morning to pick up our day tour would not wait any longer... I also overcharged our 20 Euro extra fee, and finally I was thanked by Ctrip.
