I stayed at this hotel for a destination wedding that was taking place near by so it was nice to have a large group of people there to mingle with as this hotel is very small and very quiet, almost to quiet, unless you don't mind that kind of atmosphere. It was personally to ”in the middle of nowhere” for me and I would have only stayed maximum 2 nights if I had a choice. With that being said, it had a very historical authentic Italian village feel and was extremely well maintained. Very nice enchanting décor thought-out and very clean everywhere. The pool was small but nice and necessary as you can imagine in July how hot it was! The views from from the hotel were gorgeous as it is located on a hill in the countryside so you are surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The sunset's were stunning! The food was quite good as well.

Nice structure. nice staff. There are adequate services. However, full outdoor parking Saturday night due to the restaurant's customers so much that they can't park. In addition, when we arrived the room was cold: I think if guests arrive, the environment must be prepared to be comfortable (and this also takes into account the hotel level and the costs). Premetto che ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 14 al 21 agosto 2021, eravamo quattro persone (due adulti e due bambini) e abbiamo pagato per un appartamento con due stanze e due bagni 1.330 euro (solo pernottamento). La casa l'abbiamo trovata molto sporca, molte pareti scrostate, ragnatele in ogni dove. i letti senza coprimaterassi con le lenzuola appoggiate direttamente sui materassi luridi che tra le altre cose erano singoli con la conseguenza che si aprivano al centro. Avevo chiesto una culla per la bambina più piccola, mi è stata data senza materasso. Quando l'ho fatto notare mi hanno portato un materassino sottilissimo (5 cm) e macchiato di pipi di qualche altro bimbo. I mobili sono molto vecchi (i cassetti si aprono e si chiudono a fatica, le porte degli armadi e i letti cigolano ecc). Per quando riguarda il bagno, molto piccolo, il piatto doccia spaccato e la doccia aveva un sistema infernale che faceva sí che la doccetta cascasse sempre non si appoggiasse bene. Quanto alla cucina, le pentole vecchissime, il piano cottura vecchio e scrostato, le posate insufficienti (tre coltelli per 4 persone). Per non parlare dell'illuminazione generale della casa, non si vedeva nulla, in bagno truccarsi era impossibile e non lo so poteva fare in nessun altro posto della casa perché c'era un unico specchio 40x60 in bagno. Avevo esplicitamente una casa con uno spazio all'esterno, che c'era ma praticamente era fuori una delle camere da letto (per mangiare fuori, dovevamo passare con i piatti in camera da letto). Gli spazi esterni della struttura al contrario, erano molto curati, la piscina bella ma molto sporca, i lettini prendisole quasi tutti rotti. C'era anche una zona sport maltenuta con un campo da calcio con le reti delle porte tutte bucate, un campo da pallavolo. In altre parole, delle potenzialità enormi ma la manutenzione inesistente. Riguardo l'ospitalità, il signore che ci ha ricevuto quando siamo arrivati non ci ha spiegato nulla (della raccolta differenziata, della piscina, della zona... Il nulla). Ma la cosa più ridicola è che abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché c'era il ristorante interno, ristorante che è stato chiuso lunedì, Martedì e mercoledì, tre giorni su sei e la proprietà non si era degnata di avvisare i clienti all'atto della prenotazione o cmq nei giorni precedenti all'arrivo. Insomma, non ritornerò assolutamente in questa struttura per la sporcizia, la mancanza di cura per tutte le cose e per i clienti cui si contrappone un prezzo esagerato per i pochi servizi offerti.

This review is actually difficult to write. The property itself is located at a beautiful location. With that being said, the staff are not genuine and do not enforce ”rules” consistently nor with any rhyme or reason. For instance we went down to the spa area to get a tour of what we could experience. We were not wearing the issued spa shoes, so we were not given a tour. Not even offered to use some spa shoes due to ours being in our room. Yet when we were in the spa for a pool visit, we saw no less than 3 couples being shown around wearing regular street shoes. Also people are not supposed to be talking on their phones or listening to audible music. At least two guests were when we were at the pool. Overall the spa is severely overpriced and overly hyped. Quite frankly it's not impressive. Along the lines of rules, men are are supposed to wear pants in the restaurant at dinner, yet I saw men wearing shorts. Also once again people were chatting on their phones. The breakfast was good, but dinner was a huge disappointment. We ate dinner twice. The food was indeed presented well. But the taste was lacking. During a four course dinner, my appetizer of fried cod was essentially room temperature as if it was cooked 10-15 min earlier. It was not of good quality taste either. The rest of my ”hot” food for the 1st and 2nd courses were also NOT hot. My ravioli were warm at best. For my 2nd course only part of my pork dish was actually hot. And staff NEVER checked to see if the food was prepared properly or to your liking. My wife's one course was barely touched, not a single question was asked. Also we weren't even offered a wine list! we were shocked!!!!!!!!! The portion sizes are extremely small and over priced. One morning there was NO hot water. Called the front desk, they had someone to find what the problem was. Once it was fixed about 90 minutes later, they never called us to let us know. For the price we paid for the room ,they could've at least called us to let us know we had hot water again. They charge a flat fee of 30 Euros to charge an electric car each time. Our rental car was a plug in hybrid that had a small battery which could charge rather quickly. There was a language barrier. I was under the impression the fee to use the charger would be only 30 euros for our entire stay due to the battery not being for a fully electric car. That is not the case. Even for a fully electric vehicle, paying 30 euros is way too pricey. Depending where your room is located you have a long walk up or down ad very long walkway that is NOT level. IT's actually on a fairly steep incline/decline. Upon checkout they sent the person to help load bags to the wrong part of the hotel two times. I will discuss the staff last. The staff here pretends to act friendly. They seem very uptight and not at all genuine. Our entire stay here we did not feel like we could relax. I stayed with my partner, a little work and a little holiday, we can only praise so much professionality and courtesy, we can't find a defect, even the restaurant is extraordinary, everything is unpredictable! We will return with pleasure
