Great position for visiting Perugia and Assisi and many towns close by. Quiet, clean and charming; the restaurant is very good.

Perfect location to move around, close to the freeway but far enough so as to not be disturbed.
Relaxing and almost magical setting, nice pool and welcoming hosts. Recommended!

Ottima posizione, non isolata, ottima testa di ponte per numerose città umbre. Parcheggio sempre disponibile. Location molto bella, verde e silenziosa. Camere essenziali, in tre abbiamo riscontrato un po di difficoltà per riporre/appendere vestiti. Camere pulite e fresche con condizionatore e ventilatore a soffitto. Si sente la manca della reception fissa. Qualche volta abbiamo faticato a contattare il gestore ma una volta trovato ha sempre risolto prontamente i piccoli problemi. Ottima colazione offerta da un piccolo bar bordo piscina. Piscina sufficientemente grande e curata. Lettini o ombrelloni sempre presenti. Ristorante in loco "Il chicco di grano" molto apprezzabile. Deruta a due passi con grosso Supermercato e negozi. Torneremo sicuramente provando però gli appartamenti con cucina.

Posto immerso nel verde che regala dei tramonti da lasciare senza fiato. L’ambiente è molto curato e accogliente. Le camere sono arredate con lo stile che si addice al contesto. Personale gentile e disponibile anche nel fornire indicazioni per visite o luoghi dove mangiare.

La struttura si presenta, all'esterno, molto curata con un prato stile inglese, una piscina pulita ed efficiente, parcheggi auto coperti ed una posizione invidiabile. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 3 notti in appartamento posto al piano terra vicino la piscina. Purtroppo alla bellezza di tutto l'esterno si contrappone una certa trascuratezza dell'appartamento che abbiamo trovato un pò sporco (diciamo che la pulizia non è stata eseguita a dovere), pieno di ragnatele, con una mobilia non certamente idonea per un'abitazione per vacanza (mobili vecchi e mal funzionanti), zanzariere bucate o strappate, un bagno che avrebbe bisogno di un'intera ristrutturazione. Inoltre l'appartamento necessita anche di più punti luce in quanto molto buio anche di giorno. Peccato perchè una struttura come questa, con un maggiore impegno non solo per curare l'esterno, meriterebbe delle sistemazioni più comode.

Siamo stati 4 giorni in mezzo alla settimana e ci è sembrato di avere la struttura tutta per noi. Alla perfezione di giardino e piscina corrispondeva infatti l'educazione di tutti gli ospiti. La mattina un piccolo bar preparava ottimo cappuccino e cornetti caldi, sarebbe perfetto se anche su ordinazione il bar a pranzo preparasse piatti freddi, colmando quella che è la vera lacuna della struttura: ovvero che non ci sia una soluzione per pranzare in loco. Lo consiglio per chi vuole avere una rilassante base di partenza per visitare questa parte dell'Umbria
