Ho cenato con degli amici al ristorante Il Tiro e l’esperienza è stata davvero memorabile. Il locale è stupendo, con un’atmosfera elegante e curata in ogni dettaglio, ideale per una serata speciale. Il menù è raffinato, con piatti che denotano una qualità altissima sia negli ingredienti che nella presentazione. Anche se i prezzi sono leggermente elevati, sono assolutamente giustificati dall’eccellenza del cibo e dal servizio impeccabile. La carta dei vini è ampia e ben selezionata, con opzioni perfette per accompagnare ogni portata.

Location incantevole, bellissime le tavole tutte decorate a mosaico,con un gusto impeccabile immerso nella campagna,bellissimo posto. Abbiamo trovato personale molto gentile e professionale ed una cucina ricercata è curata nei sapori del Umbria.

Agriturismo umbro tra colline verdi e campi ben curati dove poter godere di un'ottima fiorentina Canova alla brace. La sera meglio arrivare presto per godere del tramonto. Tutto buono, semplice e gustoso anche i dessert sono fatti in casa .

Ho ospitato amici per un matrimonio in questa struttura. Ho trovato i proprietari gentilissimi e simpatici. I miei ospiti sono rimasti entusiasti. Sono passati da casa per salutarci e mi hanno detto di aver riposato come angeli. E' un luogo immerso nella campagna umbra, silenzioso e molto curato

Sono certo che anche chi è selettivo con i ristoranti si troverà molto bene al Tiro. La location è veramente bella, è immersa nel verde con un bel panorama.. e in estate ha un effetto incantevole. Il servizio è ottimo, quelli dello staff sono molto garbati e ospitali. Si respira un clima al contempo di eleganza e di familiarità: qui dopo poche volte è facile sentirsi come a casa. Per ciò che riguarda la cucina, è tutto buonissimo, dagli antipasti ai dessert; se proprio devo scegliere consiglio di provare i primi e i secondi a base di tartufo: fanno realmente sognare. Questo posto è l'ideale per le coppie, per le famiglie, per i gruppi di amici.. In sintesi: al Tiro si sta veramente bene e ci si ritorna parecchio volentieri.

La location è meravigliosa, immersa nella campagna umbra alla fine di un sentiero colmo di ulivi. La terrazza presenta tavoli in ceramica coloratissimi è molto eleganti. Musica molto ben scelta, non invadente nè aggressiva. Abbiamo preso l’uovo strapazzato con il tartufo (assolutamente da provare) e una selezione di tartare pralinate (buonissime). Imbarazzo della scelta per le carni (assolutamente da provare la tagliata di bisonte). Personale di sala sorridente, proprietario molto simpatico. Carta dei vini c’è sembra il libro cuore. Assolutamente da consigliare e da riprovare. Bravi
