The hotel is average. The main thing is that the rooms they were given had bad views. One was on the first floor of the hotel and you couldn't see anything. It was a bit noisy because it was connected to the restaurant. Another room was on the second floor with a small balcony facing the back road and there was nothing there either. The hotel's interior is quite beautiful, it's nice to take a walk, and the breakfast is quite rich.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy.
The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either.
Overall, this hotel is quite unique. Staying for a day or two is no problem.

Second time visit and really nice to be back pools and drinks all day. Sun was shining, staff was really good and recognised us from last visit. Felt like we were home from home again. Made friends with the waiter and on the day of leaveing even had bought us present. Well worth the visit.

Everything went well but I was disappointed with the air conditioning in our room which did not work twice out of the two stays.
Reception asked me to wait until the next day to change rooms with the heat of Marrakech and a young child.
Too bad because nothing to complain about for the rest of the stay.

The hotel was OK, but not worth the price. Most items on the menu weren’t available and the front desk staff was incredibly rude. There was one particular man that screamed at me. However they have easy accessible in Marrakesh which is limited everywhere else.

Very good! We upgraded to a villa room, and the room was like a palace. The hotel garden was more beautiful than the scenic spot. The free airport shuttle cars were very luxurious. The flight luggage was delayed, and the butler and the front desk helped to call the airport to urge the luggage. Finally, we got it smoothly. Thank you very much! If you catch the right price, I really recommend experiencing Mandarin Oriental!

Excellent
GGuest UserThe hotel is on a beautiful street. It is a beautiful courtyard in a local home in Marrakech. There is a banana tree in the center of the courtyard. The hotel is 3-5 minutes' walk from the famous Bacha cafe (Pictures 4, 5, 6). The homeowner helped us take a taxi to the train station, which solved the problem of not being able to take a taxi at night.
Because we are going to nearby Essaouira, we need to have breakfast at 7:30 in the morning. The hotel owner was very considerate and prepared a rich breakfast early in the morning. Their homemade jams and yogurt are great!
Dinner is very popular and needs to be booked in advance.
TT.Rosalingreat place to stay, location just walking distance to souvenir market, all staff very friendly, breakfast was good, got free tea and snacks every time I came back from outside, room was cleaned every day, nothing to complain about
SSzEe3Very beautiful Riad. One of the best in Marrakech I must say. Entire Riad is worth a tour of itself. Peter is such storyteller and good host with the boys to ensure everything is perfect during our stay. Shoutout to Mohamed, who’s so attentive and kind with all advices. I saw him attending to a special needs elderly man and he’s nothing but super patient and sweet. Breakfast and evening sunset at the rooftop are a must! Super recommended!
BBk bbLocation is about 10 minutes from your square,
Easy to find, the room is nice and the environment is great
There are two swimming pools at different locations where you can take photos
Breakfast is average, coffee is good
AAngelleDidn’t know much about the Riad’s in Morocco but after the stay I understood the culture more. We arrived at night and couldn’t find the Riad for a while some locals helped us locate it through the alleyways (They did demand tips but we didn’t have enough small cash yet) It was scarier walking through the alleyways than it seemed but quite a chaotic main road. The inside was lovely couldn’t tell too much on arrival but the next day you could see the beautiful interior. Clean and accommodating. The host was friendly and recommend lots to do. The breakfast wasn’t for me but my friend enjoyed it
GGuest UserThe breakfast is not bad but not extraordinary, we were expecting something a little bit more better.
The taxi driver that took us to the airport tried to rob us asking 300 dirhams for the transportation whereas it is clearly written that it costs 250 dirhams to the airport. I had to ask someone from the security of the airport to help us only paying 250 dirhams as planned originally by the hotel.
Please do something about the taxi drivers you work with.
FFrankDon’t be shocked when you’re taken to a cheap back office beside the portal of the hotel after you arrived. It’s here where the check-in and check-out and all the guest related issues are handled. After you’re cleared you’re lead through a luxuriously decorated hall that seems to have been designed to be the reception of a five star hotel. The actual purpose of it was never revealed.
The service was acceptable at best. One had the impression the personal was hiding from the guests.
That said the hotel has marvelous premisses and the suites are decorated tastefully.
The pool is too cold!
DDrama ZhangThe best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
GGuest UserThis request was also kindly accommodated. The hotel is located in a somewhat winding alleyway, which may make it feel a little scary, but it is easy to access the souks and squares on foot.
We were kindly responded to this request. It's in a slightly complicated alley, so you may feel a little scared, but it's easy to access the souks and squares on foot.
