Regarding the room, a mixed start to my stay and a first evening, being very manic and looking at cleanliness, my first room was very dusty and poorly insulated, the next day, the reception team told me about it. changed rooms, much less dust but not up to my expectations, I think the rooms need a little more maintenance and refreshing. Regarding the common areas, cleanliness is excellent and hydroalcoholic gel is available. As for the gym and the swimming pool, great I have nothing to say, very well maintained. The catering is correct too bad some of the hotel's restaurants are closed due to the Covid. The agents at the reception, catering, SPA and swimming pool are attentive and are very responsive. Too bad there is no possibility of transfer from the airport which is very nice when you land at 11:50 pm. The location is convenient, not far from the old town, and you can walk to the market. The service staff is also very enthusiastic and responsive. Hotel is conveniently located near Marrakech city centre - the fact that we had a car helped. If you don’t have your own transportation then it is about 2/3 KM from the Jemaah El Fnaa. The hotel was nice and clean although it could do better with new corridor carpet and a lick of paint in the exterior. The service is good but could be better as the bathroom light did not get fixed and towel rail came off despite reporting to receptionist. The hotel is good but could improve in many ways.

We got a great deal during Ramadan. Location is Agdal, leafy suburbs with good shops, calm and quiet and close to the city centre, ten minutes drive. It's a classic hotel with two huge pools and great slides for kids. Breakfast was plentiful. Recommend.
