3-Star Hotels in Marrakech

Nice room, convenient transportation, but not too noisy, and the photos are good-looking, Marrakesh is a cost-effective hotel. I have stayed here for several nights.

This is a great value hotel - the beds were very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Also - definitely go for the breakfast!! Pool is clean and great for a cool off and a swim. We very much enjoyed our stay. Titos restaurant nearby is also a must !

Riad Miral is truly a place we would recommend. The hospitality here is superb, the amenities amazing and the breakfast fantastic. The staff here were all so kind and gracious, sometimes we would feel bad when asking them for something as they would always go out of their way to provide. The riad is also a stone's throw away from the main Jammal square where the hive of activity is at. Once again thank you to everyone in Riad Miral for making our stay in Marrakesh a memorable one, we will definitely book this Riad again when we come back.

This property has loads of character and whimsical outdoor art and colors. We were the only guests. There are several birds - peacocks, geese, Guinea fowl, chickens - and penned up goats/horse. It is located in the High Atlas Mountains, near Ourika Valley, 1 hour from Marrakech. It gets mostly Moroccan guests, not foreigners. From road, you walk across a bridge to a reception of singers to greet you with milk and dates. Then you walk through outdoor dining areas and up 223 very steep steps to a big room for settling in with mint tea, water and snacks. Up a few more stairs to the guest rooms. Porters prance up easily, carrying your luggage. Singles are on the first level (very small, no view) and doubles, etc (huge, lots of storage, balconies with mountain view, but no WiFi) one level higher. Strong WiFi in rooms, multiple networks, different network in public areas. My single room, tiny but cozy. Warm a/c, tv with satellite channels (small flat screen). 3 hooks on back of door for hanging things. No closet 2 twin beds pushed together tightly for full size bed. 2 night stands, 1 small bureau. Very limited room to put anything. Nowhere to put things in bathroom. Shower head to left, sink straight ahead, toilet to right. Really comfy, firm bed and wonderful fluffy bed covering, sheets and pillows. Extra blankets in high-up storage space by a/c. I could barely reach the knob to open it and then couldn’t reach the blankets (and no chair to stand on!). Thick and not too rough towels. Rugs on tile floor. Bamboo ceiling and round branch-like hanging light. Took awhile for shower to get warm, then very low water pressure. Afternoon water pressure good and water got hot. Staff is extremely friendly and demonstrate excellent customer service. The property began as a restaurant and they later built hotel rooms last year. Breakfast included barley soup (with milk), oj, coffee, M’Semen (square naan-like bread - the best here of anywhere I had it), round crepes, round/cornmeal type bread, plain omelet (good) with greens, olives, honey, oil, argan oil and peanut (like peanut butter), thyme, dates. Wonderful lunch - very flavorful veggie tangine including fennel and fresh herbs. Dinner is ordered from a menu. I was not crazy about the food but may have ordered the wrong things (puréed veggie soup - maybe fava bean and omelet with cheese, canned mushrooms, onions).

We had an unforgettable time in Marrakech! The staff is very friendly and more than helpful. The breakfast was a bit different every day, but always very tasty and in traditional Marrocan style. The rooms were clean and beautiful! The staff always gave us important tips and saved us from scams by the locals. One of the best tips we got was that in the souks, prices are usually set at five or even ten times the price. So we had good and fun negotiations and both sides were happy! We didn’t know what trips we should book, so we booked everything at the hotel and it was lovely! We would book this Riat again every time! A big thank you to all the staff! I rarely take the time to review but I felt some reviews were unfair. I was worried after reading the reviews after I had booked. I think most are unfair. I think people are confusing this for a 5* The prices for a couple are a little more than you would pay for a shared room in a hostel. The hotel is basic and was more than adequate for our stay. contrary to some reviews I found the staff very friendly and polite. The breakfast is basic and buffet style. A selection of 3 types of bread, boiled eggs, Green tea, coffee, pastries , Cakes, juice, msemen, cereal and a microwave to warm things if you need to. The hotel is slightly further than most but perfectly accessible. 10 minutes in taxi 13-15drh in day 30dh at night £1.5-£3 cheap. Taxis easily flagged down on the main road opposite. language is possibly an issue as other than 1 or 2 they dont really speak english. They were upfront about pricing and whilst some things they do try charging a premium for in comparison with the shops outside they are not too dear. Like everything in Marrakesh be streetsmart, ask for clarification of charges and question any charges you feel are incorrect. I was asked to pay taxes on my checkout and I had already paid it on arrival. I questioned it and he quickly corrected his error. whether he was hustling or just made an error I dont know but he was polite and corrected himself. From the old pictures on websites and from the foyer it is obvious that this place was once quite nice. it is at present tired and needs a refurb but this is reflected in the price. This is Marrakesh, the hustle is real. do your research and book something that is appropriate for you in your budget. dont book 3 star and expect 5 star. hope this helps someone considering booking I enjoyed my stay.

The best youth hostel in Morocco, in the old wheat field, the car can not drive, 10 minutes walk from the Palace Square, very new, clean and beautiful, mattresses and quilts are very soft and comfortable, there are toilets in the 8-person room Bathroom, bar on the first floor and top floor, breakfast plus 40 dirhams, bread and egg ham, coffee machine, large basin of strawberries with yogurt, great value

Hotel room was extremely dirty, I have noticed load of female hair, on bed and pillows, the bathroom was with load of hair too. Housekeeping did not clean the room properly and professionally. Terrible experience and minus 5 rating the hygiene for the room. The night, I could not sleep at all till early morning because of noise from some cars racing next to hotel during whole the night, Im very disappointed and confused because hotel reception did not take action to report this matter to police but car racing was with very load noise and I still can not understand is it hotel and touristic area or F1 racing. I won't recommend this hotel at all due to several problems, might hotel looks great online but in reality is very very very bad. I will never ever come back to it

First of all, Google ’s location is inaccurate. Look for wow, look for wow ... There are pictures of the hotel exterior, but you still ca n’t find them, because all the houses in Morocco are the same, all are red and the same height, all three or four floors , Ask the locals who can't tell the way! It ’s been a long time on a hot day. In fact, the hotel ’s location is located two or three streets across Google. It takes a ten-minute walk. I finally found it by typing in the hotel ’s English name. The uncle at the front desk was kind and friendly. Sign up and write left hand ✍️! The room is not big, the air-conditioned toilet TV is everything, why write the air conditioner first? Because the window of the room is facing the patio, the room is particularly hot ... Let the air conditioner sleep ... The breakfast is under the ground. When I went to breakfast, another waiter at the front desk said to wait five minutes. In fact, I thought that the breakfast location was Well, then I took out my cell phone and let him see that it was already 7:10. Could breakfast be opened at 7:15? ? Breakfast is rich in Moses, there are several types of Moroccan pie, the plate is very delicate with bumps, as well as fried eggs, coffee, tea and fruit juice. It is worth mentioning that the sugar cubes for the coffee are all packed in French porcelain.
