We were greeted by Ismsil at the end of our transport which was provided by our accommodation. Ismail was a very lovely man, with great insight about Marrakesh. He gave us a lot of information, having this been our first time visiting Morocco. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and even gave us his contact and told us to message and call him whenever we needed information or help. We were told we could stay out later and he would always be there to open the door for us and ask us how our night went. Also very helpful in telling us where we could get money out for free. Would highly recommend this Riad for first timers as we were made to feel very comfortable and the people were lovely. Definitely return there on our next visit!

Our stay at Riad El Maktoub was truly magical. Everything about this place is wonderful—well-organized, welcoming, and filled with warm hospitality. Ismail, Anas, and Kamar were all fantastic, ensuring we had an unforgettable experience. A special thanks to Michèle from France for promptly answering our messages. From the beautiful atmosphere to the perfectly arranged trips by Ismail, everything was simply perfect. Highly recommended! 👍✨"

We stayed at 2 Riads in Marrakech. In comparaison with other Riads, this place is good in terms of location, breakfast, and rooms. The place is 5m from Jemma el-Fnaa, they gave us a really local breakfast which was delicious with a lot of food variety (better than the other place we stayed in). The room was clean and quiet.

Our experience at Riad el Maktoub was excellent and authentic. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the staff exceeded our expectations. Ismail was generous in sharing his knowledge and time with us at all points in time (even during a 3am wake-up call, where he personally escorted us to our pick-up). We truly felt at home. Excellent location within walking distance of main attractions. I would highly recommend this Riad to anyone!

What a beautiful Riad. We were welcomed with mint tea on the terrace! Our room, the Sultana, was beautiful and just how it looked on the website. We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace after a busy day in the Medina!

Abdel is a fantastic person, we stayed 5 days inside riad and he helped us in everything, very nice person! the riad is super!!! Nice room, good breakfast.. Super hospitality for the customer... Great experience that I raccomand you!!

Magnifique riad Bien placé dans la médina près de la place. Balade à pied. Accueil au top. Chambre agréable. Merci a ismael pour son aide et ses conseils. Très agréable séjour. Possibilité de dîner sur place sur réservation Petit déjeuner au top aussi.

Wir (Mitte 20) sind als Paar verreist. Das Riad ist wunderschön. Der Innenhof ist sehr ruhig und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Die Lage ist 1a - der Gauklerplatz ist zu Fuß in 5min erreichbar. Der Riad-Manager Ismael war uns eine sehr große Hilfe in jeder Hinsicht. Er hat uns so viele Tipps gegeben die uns wortwörtlich den Hintern gerettet haben. Während der Reise wurde ich krank und Ismael war so freundlich und ist mit meinem Freund zusammen einkaufen gegangen um mir Medikamente und Obst zu kaufen, was wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Zusammengefasst das Riad ist eine 10 von 10 und ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen.

Instalaciones limpias y tranquilas, desayunos deliciosos y contundentes y el trato por parte de Abdel, inmejorable!, el primer día incluso nos acompañó y dio algunas recomendaciones. Bastante cerca de la plaza principal, con ir y volver una vez y algunas referencias se domina fácilmente el camino.
