The most wonderful place with exceptional service located exactly where you would want to be in the medina. This property is an oasis in the chaos. The service, the staff, the rooms, the facilities are all impeccable. Breakfast on the upstairs terrace is peaceful and there are so many places to relax dotted throughout the property The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean.

Certainly a little gem of a riad stayed here 2 nights before atlas mountains trek and one night after can honestly say the room was the best I've ever stayed in absolutely fabulous and the staff are awesome and very attentive can highly recommend this riad

Stayed at the Riad Rafaele & Spa after a pretty full on couple of weeks touring around Morocco and what a way to end an amazing holiday in an amazing country. The Riad is a welcome oasis of peace and tranquillity in the madness and mayhem (in a good way !) of Marrakech. Ideally located in the Medina and close to markets and many must see attractions, the Riad is beautifully and sympathetically furnished to make it the luxurious retreat that it is. Spotlessly clean and appointed with the staff being so so welcoming, friendly, approachable, funny and informative you really could not find a better located Riad with such a warm team. Thank you all and especially Thomas, Ibrahim (the saffron has landed safely in the UK – thank you !), Houssine and Roudiane (hope we’ve got the right names for the right people, but you know who you are !) who made it so special.

Beautifully restored architecture. It's rustic and authentic. Oozes relaxing and calming vibes..... clean and tidy. We had treatments at the Riad, amazing experience. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The owners spent time with their guests, a lovely couple.

The Riad Rafaele was authentic and had this historic and charming feel. The staff were very helpful and we met the owners who were very friendly. Spacious rooms, clean and we had an amazing experience staying in a boutique style Riad. We got the Hammam and massage done and it was an incredible experience. I would recommend one done when in Marrakech.

Fantastic Riad absolutely in love with it best experience I’ve had in Marrakesh and I’ve stayed in a few riads Staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us. The owners would come every day to come and see how our experience was. We booked ourselves massages pedicures and hamam We all said that we are leaving and we wish we could have extended our trip so many different pockets that you can sit in the facilities very private and a great I would give it over five stars I would recommend ❤️

Simply stunning riad with perfect balance of simplicity combined with style. All staff genuinely can not do enough for you to make the stay as seamless and chilled as possible. So many different areas to chill depending on time of day and lovely balance of sun and shade areas. A very special mention to Thomas who went over and above finding us a taxi on our last day and extra special mention to Ridouan who never stopped smiling and happiness genuinely came from within. We watched the sunset over the atlas mountains on our last evening which was the perfect finish.
