We when to cesar resort last week with my husband, the were impressed that the hotel was like what we saw in the pictures. Nice welcoming from the reception The breakfast was tasty with a variety of meals The room what we had was very clean with a good smell every day 👍🏻

We had a very nice trip, my wife has her birthday and the reception made a very nice surprise inside our room, a good floral decoration, with balloons… The breakfast was really good as well We recommend this hotel, it s a very chilling hotel…..

Amazing hotel, with high standards, the reception, the view, the Spa, everything was perfect . They were extremely nice with us . And the rooftop Stah is amazing , very recommended place to visit and to enjoy the cocktails and the food Will definitely come back

We stayed 3 nights at the end of a 2 week tour of Morocco. We were very impressed by the luxury offered at Cesar’s and were very glad we weren’t put off by previous bad reviews! Our only complaint would be the poor sound proofing of the bedrooms - you can hear the restaurant music and anyone walking above constantly. The Mexican restaurant on the roof has a loud booming beat until 2am that can be felt never mind heard from beds on the ground floor. Goodness knows what the upper floor is like. This issue needs resolved but I wouldn’t let it put you off staying there. Aside from disruptive noise, our stay was very enjoyable. Staff Couldn’t be more helpful. 5 star level service from waiters, reception and portering staff. Friendly and welcoming Bedrooms Beds very comfy, bedding luxurious. Spacious with seating area and large wardrobe. Shower high pressure and good temperature Pools Outdoor beautiful - bit chilly in November but sun beds exceptionally comfortable (like proper mattresses!) Indoor - very warm! Beautiful lit ceiling. Quiet Attentive bar service around the pool. Food Universally high quality Breakfast exceptional - full bakery worth of options! Cocktails tasty and beautiful looking Pool menu varied and stunning presentations. All quick service Mexican restaurant on the roof in evenings again high quality We hope to return!

DO NOT TOUCH THIS HOTEL IT IS FRAUDALENT. Cancelled our booking with 2 days notice and no reason given, incredibly rude staff. Should be struck off all lists. Do not go near this place. Clearly after quick money with no attempt at legality.

We had high hopes for our stay at Cesar Palace but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The hotel lied about the duration of the swimming pool renovation which ruined our entire vacation. We were told it would only take 3 days and we were already not very happy as we made it clear to the hotel that the external pool was the main reason for our stay. That's why they proposed to upgrade our room, but it ended up being a deceitful offer, because upon our arrival, the hotel staff informed us that the pool renovation would take 15 days, which was four times longer than what was initially communicated. The staff was unprofessional, even calling our room at midnight. The room itself was lacking in quality with issues such as humidity and broken amenities. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that despite the hotel clearly lying to us and ruining our vacation, they denied the truth and did not offer any refund or compensation. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable and only adds to the frustration of the entire experience. After doing some research, we found out that we were not alone in our experience. Several other people on Google Reviews shared similar stories about the hotel's lack of honesty and professionalism. It's clear that this is a recurring issue with the property, and we feel obligated to warn others so they can avoid the same disappointment and frustration.
