"I had the worst experience in Morocco with them. Suddenly, the AC turned off, and when I called them, they literally said, 'It's not our issue.' I stayed without AC from 5 AM until checkout at 12 PM. I asked for a late checkout, but they refused. Very rude."

Worst hotel experience ever! We are staying here for 2 days we have problems during 2 days. They are closing exit door of the hotel. When we asked them how we can come and go back, they said ‘one person will be at lobby 24 hours and he will open the door for you’. But yesterday night we can’t go outside from the hotel because anybody locked the main door of the hotel and he went! Nobody can go out of the hotel during 25 minutes! And tonight when we came back to hotel, we couldn’t enter to hotel because the door was locked again and nobody was at the lobby! We had to wait for 20 minutes to enter. He had locked the door and went to somewhere! Worst hotel experince for us!

Lovely Riad 5mins from the main square. Excellent customer service, friendly staff and lovely rooms. Definitely recommend for a short stay and good base to start off your visit in Marrakech. Good choice restaurant, bar and cafes. Souks are within walking distance

My friend and I stayed here for a total of 5 nights the last week of December in 2022. The riad is in an absolutely terrific location in the middle of the old city...close enough to everything, but yet also just far enough away to be quiet at night. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and charming. Breakfast each morning is quite good- delicious breads, juice, coffee, yoghurt, and hard boiled or fried eggs. The staff, especially Ali, is what makes this place a real gem. I simply can't say enough good things about Ali. He gets you set up in the riad, points out all of the major sites on a map, and is available to help with any trip logistics- like booking excursions or suggesting restaurants. He made our trip so much better than it would otherwise have been. All of the staff were friendly and helpful- it was great. One note about the riad: as others have noted, rooms on the ground floor can be noisy if guests coming back late at night aren't quiet. Upper floor rooms don't have that issue. I'm looking forward to a return visit to Marrakesh and will absolutely stay at Riad la Croix Berbere again.

Most of the sightseeing places in Marakesh are within walking distance of the hotel. It is located in the narrow streets of the old city, so not good to come by car. Breakfast is ok. Wifi is very good. The employees are helpful. They are very responsive when you send a message.

We arrived in Marrakech to find the riad which LoveHolidays booked us was closed. We moved Riad la Croix Berbere wher we well looked after and decided to stay a few more days. The staff were very helpful and the plunge pool very refreshing when the temperature outside was in the mid 30s.

We had a very good stay at the riad which had just reopened after the earthquake. The place is pleasant, quiet, the decoration is very pretty, the breakfast delicious. We booked 7 nights at Riad La Croix Berbère with breakfast. The stay was perfect! Special thanks to Yassine, Sofiane and Azize for their welcome, warm family atmosphere! The breakfast is very good with Moroccan pancakes, the Riad is clean, the terrace is very pleasant. The Riad is very well located in the medina. We will be happy to come back live! A lovely stay, the Riad is very beautiful and in a perfect location to walk to most tourist attractions, the breakfast was excellent. We arrived at night and the taxi driver sent by the Riad left us in the square and its staff (Anas) came to pick us up. Highlight the kindness and disposition of the staff, they offer you different excursions, they clearly inform you what to do and what not to do outside the Riad, and on the way back to the airport Zacarías accompanied us out of the Medina to take the taxi.
