The hotel is well-equipped, clean, and the service is very good. There are heated pools and salt pools. There is also a spa service, tonic massage is recommended, the masseur is very powerful, and it is very refreshing after pressing! I went to the airport very late, and I extended the checkout time. The only bad thing is that it is too far away from Medina, and it is not convenient to take a shuttle bus every time I go back and forth. But the shuttle bus is also free, so it’s okay if you have time.

Myself, my husband and our 2 daughters (8 & 5) spent a wonderful week at this hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful and the premium suite with private pool was the cherry on the cake being beautifully styled and spacious. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food and drink are of a high standard. It is a very peaceful hotel and even with children using the main pool (including ours) was very chilled and relaxing! Every child we encountered was beautifully behaved! The hotel vibe was a welcome contrast to the centre of Marrakech and a lovely oasis to come back to. We had a hotel organised trip to ride some camels which was a great experience and made use of the free transfers into the centre. If the timings don’t work then the hotel will arrange one for your preferred time and charge to your room (reasonable prices). I had a wonderful full body massage so would say that the spa is a must do! The gym is small but well equipped with water and air conditioning. Room service was very quick as well. Thank you Siryane for a great stay!

The staff were wonderful at this hotel. Really friendly and welcoming. The room was really spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were half board and enjoyed the restaurant. If we had been there more than six days I think some specials on the menu would have been welcomed as the menu doesn’t change. Drinks were reasonably priced and well made. Spa is very well priced and really fabulous. I sound like a right grump here and It wasn’t the hotels fault but I really thought there would be less children at this small, boutique hotel. I wish parents would be more considerate of other guests and stop their children from screaming all day in the pool. There was a saltwater adults pool, although a lovely temperature to swim in is not really a place you want to spend your day as it is quite small, beds not as comfy and no bar service. Am amazed this hotel isn’t adults only as it has that chilled vibe.

Gorgeous hotel. Relatively small but with more than ample facilities. Lots of pools, sun beds, pool, table tennis etc. room was lovely with amazing views of the Atlas Mountains. The staff are by far the biggest asset of this hotel. Every single person we encountered was polite, friendly and focused on our happiness and wellbeing. This was proven when my wife fell ill for a couple of days (not the fault of the hotel), and all staff from the manager down to the waiters asked how she was and if there was anything they could do to help. A special thanks to Zidane who made a special tea that really helped. While it may not be in the city, it’s not that far and so peaceful and quiet I highly recommend it. If you want 5 star service and a lovely place to stay, this is the place for you.

The hotel is every bit as beautiful as the photographs suggest. My room was delightfully attired and presented. Absolutely first class. Be aware, that I had a suite so you should take that into account. If you are thinking of paying the extra, I would definitely go for the pool view suite in preference to a room with private pool, which I think has very little advantage and has a less appealing aspect. I give special credit to the staff. Every encounter I had whether with waiters, room service, poolside, housekeeping, was professional, friendly, and helpful. My room and everywhere else was kept thoroughly clean. The gardens are impeccably maintained and look beautiful by day and evening. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is very very quiet. You will never be disturbed by noise of any kind. I loved this but if you like a bit of buzz, this won't be the place for you. Dinners and breakfasts seemed to be hushed whispers, common areas were mostly empty, even the young children were well behaved and quiet. This was when the hotel was full (they said). You should also be aware that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is a free shuttle bus in and out of town (taxi is about 150 DM). One reason to choose this place is the gym which, though not on the western standard, is good enough. it has a good set of dumb bells, 3 cycle machines, 3 treadmills, and a good multigym resistance machine. It has good air conditioning (unlike some hotel gyms which are too hot to use from March to September). I was very happy with the breakfasts but felt that the dinners did not match the standard of everything else in the hotel. All three of my dinners were blisteringly salty (I stayed 4 nights but skipped dinner the final night). There are so many good dining options in Marrakech, I wouldn't consider that a big negative. Give the restaurant a try and be prepared to eat in town if you aren't keen on it.

It is impossible to speak highly enough of the staff. From reception, to waiters, pool attendants even the gardeners. All thoroughly likeable, polite and above all helpful. People talk about going the extra mile - they go two miles. They made our holiday. The food was good and varied, the place was immaculately clean and the gardens beautiful.

Spent a week half board in early March 2024. Fabulous service all week and from all parts of the hotel. Lovely food. Lovely room with view of Atlas mountains. Really enjoyed the Hammams in the Spa and made good use of the gym. Heated adult pool was lovely and warm. Staff around pool and elsewhere couldn't have done more. Used the shuttle bus to Central area. Did the 4 hour guide trip to the centre/souqs. Entertaining guide and recommend as it generally takes pressure off finding your way around the centre. Hotel very helpful in picking us up when we couldn't find return shuttle. Also went to Jardins Majorelle and YSL and Berbèr museums - great trip (particularly when weather one day was cooler). Make sure you book day in advance as popular with tourists. Website to book easy to navigate. Hotel arranged cab and we found one easily on way back (don't pay more than 200 dirhams on return). One suggestion - as we stayed a week, it would have been nice if the menu changed a bit during the week. Not related to hotel but be prepared for long queues when arriving in Marrakesh airport. Again, hotel very accommodating when we arrived as they served dinner until late in the evening. Overall, a wonderful hotel.

The most wonderful hotel, can't recommend highly enough. The staff are all very friendly and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is as good as possible. We had half board and the food was so good, A la carte menu with a choice of international or traditional Moroccan cuisine, all cooked to perfection. We had a premium suite with private pool and garden which was amazing, the main pools weren't busy and there's an adults only pool. Weather was perfect, couldn't have asked for more. Spa was wonderful and the trips we chose through the hotel were excellent. An oasis of calm outside crazy interesting Marrakech. Will definitely return.

We really liked this place. An oasis of calm outside hectic Marrakesh. The 15min free transfer makes getting into the city really easy, and importantly getting out also when relaxation is required! Thanks to Rashid for his impeccable driving. The hotel was small, quiet, peaceful and clean. Rooms were spacious, well equipped, smart TV, had balcony and large showers. Plenty of wardrobe space. Food in the hotel was of a very high standard and we ate here more than in the city! Good selection. Breakfast especially good. Staff were all brilliant. Have to especially mention the restaurant staff who looked after us really well and always with a smile, especially Salah Dean, Abdullah and Hatim. We enjoyed the facilities, particularly the Padel court and the games room. The gym was small but had all the usual equipment. The spa was excellent and decent value. The adult pool and the smaller pool were heated but the large pool was not and wasn’t really usable despite daytime temperatures of 27C. That would be my only criticism. A great place, that we would happily come back to. Thanks to the Sirayane team for making it a memorable vacation.
