The service was terrible! The reception stuff was really indifference, and didn’t tell us when to check in, and just ask us to wait almost 30 mins there! After check in, we found all the cups were used by someone and didn’t clean at all. The fridge is locked, you can’t image this is the 5 stars hotel. Even we can find the breadcrumbs floating in the swimming pool! Sometime you can’t even open your room door with their so big heavy key! 12 years old children will be regarded as an adult, but they can’t use their indoor swimming pool, which is just for over 16 years adults. the porter in the hall would introduce 100 Dirham taxi to you, but in fact, it just worth less then 50 Dirham. The breakfast and table tennis is good, you can enjoy that. Thanks!

We booked a day pass and next time, we wille definitely stay longer! The staff was nice, the food was good en the place was clean. We used the spa facilities, booked a massage and facial and had lunch. Would definitely recommend to escape the city.

Wow! Stunning hotel in a beautiful setting, amazing accommodation, food impeccable and the service was 2nd to none. We were lucky night to stay in a villa which just added to our magical trip. The pool and gardens are the best we’ve ever seen and the spa was a perfect addition.

I always stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded expectations! This time, we stayed at the Kasr, a private duplex with a terrace upstairs and a garden with direct access to the pool. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable—truly felt like home. We had two Kasrs with connecting rooms, which made it perfect for our group. The staff were exceptional, from the front desk to the pool team, housekeeping, and in-room dining—every interaction was warm and professional. The pools are massive and absolutely stunning, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy, the spa as well is a must visit. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—it’s a true gem, and I’ll definitely be back♥️

Positively surprised about my stay in this hotel. Friendly welcome on arrival, it took a while for the room to be ready even though the check-in time had been reached. Spacious room, fully equipped. Room needs a light renovation, especially the bathroom. Swimming pool spacious with many beds around. Service around the pool very slow and not proactive. You have to find someone to order a drink even though there are enough employees. Extensive breakfast, friendly employees. Centrally located next to the ******. I would return.

This is a perfect pool resort and hotel in a very centric location! Amazing service and great food. Hotel amenities are top and we will come for sure a next time!! Walk around in those lush gardens. oh: and they have an indoor pool and spa that is very much worth a visit!

This was the second time we have visited this beautiful hotel set in wonderful gardens and we were not disappointed. Everyone is so helpful and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. The Coeur de Leon restaurant is outstanding for traditional Moroccan cuisine and the Es Saadi restaurant specialises in French cuisine. Do try the apple Tart, it’s to die for! Special mention to Numan and Hassan in the foyer for making us feel so welcome and keeping us going with Mint Tea.

A superb place to enjoy your sunny day in the best company, amazing staff, amazing food, amazing place. If you’re looking for a relaxing time this is the place you must come, myself came for a day in the pool which we didn’t find nothing expensive for what we had throughout the day.
