A very good hotel. Lots of amenities. A very good Breakfast included. The staff were very friendly. Tourist map of Marrakesh on arrival would help.

I liked the property very much. The hotel is nice.
What I didn't like was that we had a friend accompanying us that was treated very disrespectfully. Staff was constantly checking on him as if he was doing something bad, which was not the case, and it made us all feel extremely uncomfortable. This constant checking was disrespectful for me too.

The pools were very nice, mall was convenient, breakfast was good. Bartender/ manager was rude as hell
