This is unbelievable property with unbelievable architecture, immense spacious and extremely well designed rooms, perfect breakfast with a stunning view and extremely personalized service by Mr Ousman, the unbeatable Indian restaurant, immaculate upkeep, unfathomably great personal service from every member of the staff, too good to be true concierge service to room cleaning staff. Very satisfied. The interior and exterior environment, pick-up and drop-off, hotel staff service, breakfast and dinner are all perfect. It is indeed not cheap, but it is completely worth the price. Compared with Royal Mansour and La Mamounia, it is more cost-effective. If your budget allows, don't hesitate.

The hotel has free airport pick-up and drop-off services. The service staff is warm and friendly, customer-centric, and considerate of guests. The reception staff is attentive and cultured. The hotel building is magnificent and the decoration is also very well done. The lobby and the courtyard at the entrance are very impressive, imitating the architectural style of the Quran Academy, and all the details are handmade. The room decoration is also very local. We stayed at the Oberoi as a result of seeing the beautiful social media posts and reading the amazing reviews. Did it live up to expectation? It was actually better! From being picked up at the airport by a really polite driver, through to the really genuine welcome to the hotel, it was a taste of what was to come. Our room was luxurious and cleaned perfectly every day. The views were unreal and the little details and extras from the staff made the stay brilliant. Staying 30 minutes outside the city gave us time to relax and recharge after chaotic days within Marrakech. Our food was always superb and the waiters were knowledgable, friendly and always happy to help. When asked if there was anything that they could improve, we honestly couldn't think of anything. AMAZING!

Best hotel in the world
This hotel is simply the best we have ever stayed in. The aesthetics are astonishing and it has the best service we have ever experienced anywhere (including superb Aman, Four Seasons and other top brands).
We returned this year because it was so good last year. We will be back.
For those not familiar with Marrakesh, we recommend you stay here rather than at the Aman or Four Seasons

I had a wonderful stay at The Oberoi! The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The entire property was spotless and beautifully maintained. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. This is truly a luxurious and peaceful retreat. Highly recommend
